Information for purchase or lease of a Subaru through the Subaru VIP Program

Process
• The Subaru of Indiana Automotive Associate will submit a referral on your behalf to Subaru of America to
authorize you to obtain VIP/Dealer Invoice pricing for a new Subaru.
• You will need to provide your SIA Contact with your name, address, telephone number, email, preferred
model, and the name of the Subaru Dealership you want to visit.
• As a result of this referral, you will receive an authorization form from Subaru of America, which will
ensure your request for Dealer Invoice pricing.
• This form will be sent to you via email, or US Mail by the VIP department at Subaru of America. At the
same time, an authorization form will also be sent to your chosen dealership by Subaru of America.
• You should expect to receive this form in as little as 2 days. If you haven’t received the form in that time
frame, please contact the referring Associate.
• Take this form with you to your selected Subaru Dealer.
• Upon arriving at the Subaru dealership, tell your salesperson that you have an authorization form for VIP/
Dealer Invoice pricing on a new Subaru.
• Your salesperson will then proceed to assist you with your purchase/lease.
• After the sale is completed, please notify the referring Subaru Associate that you have taken possession of
your new Subaru.

*Rebates are paid to referring associate after Associate provides purchase/lease agreement to Associate
