Every worker should possess good behavior in their workplace to maintain the balance and harmonious
work environment. By definition, Work ethic is a belief that work, hard work and diligence has a moral
benefit and an inherent ability, virtue or value to strengthen character. It is about prioritizing work and
putting it in the center of life. Social ingrainment of this value is considered to enhance character
through hard work that is respective to an individual’s field of work. To maintain this ethical behaiviour
employee should consider some important aspect, Attendance, your character, Teamwork, apperance,
attitude, productivity, organizational skill, communication, cooperation and respect. Employee
perceptions of a company's ethical behavior might result in favorable outcomes and better financial
results. Employee performance, work happiness, organizational commitment, trust, and organizational
citizenship behaviors can all be improved by increasing employee perceptions of ethical behavior.
Therefore, continuous attention and dialogue about values in the workplace promotes openness,
honesty, and community, all of which are essential components of good workplace teams. Employees
have a strong sense of connection between their personal values and those of the company.
