To be successful in real estate you need certain skills. These include people skills,

mathematical skills, and the ability to think ahead and act fast. These skills are important because

without them it would be challenging to create a name for yourself and help clients sell and buy

property. People skills are one of the most important to have as a realtor. You need to be a

likable person and have people trust you. Having a good reputation helps you by showing that

you know what you are doing and that you can get the job done with less trouble getting the end

results. The better reputation that you have with the community the easier it will be to get more

clients and to get more business in general. The next important skill would be mathematical

because you need to be able to do equations such as adding in fees and other costs or by

subtraction if there is a deal and measuring to be able to tell your buyers the information that

they need and finding out how much a person's budget is and then figuring out how much you

will make throughout the process so you and your clients can know what is worth doing and so

you can tell them how much they can get each house that you show them and if it is less or more

then the others. Thinking ahead helps to stay organized, have a plan, and being prepared for

anything that may arise during the buying and selling process

no application fee which makes it easier for anyone to learn how to become a realtor. You can
also obtain a degree in other fields that will benefit in real estate. These degrees include business

$82,724 in California but it varies from each state, but you can grow your business, become

popular in your area, and be the boss of other realtors which leads to more income. A good

realtor will grow their business, create a good reputation for themselves, expand their network of

employees, and gain larger sales and purchases.

There are many careers that are similar and involve the same occupational goal. These

include digital marketing, accounting, and finance. These careers are related to real estate

because they all involve prices and sales. Digital marketing helps show the clients the house

from a computer or phone and in 3d so that they can get a real understanding of what the house

looks like. While also showing the clientele what the property has to offer and reaching out to a

bigger audience because it is digital. They involve similar tactics to becoming successful in

business. These fields of work are different because one has to do with houses and the selling

and or buying of homes or properties, specifically with the houses themselves and who has

finances are about how the money is distributed and handled also how loans are provided if

needed from lenders. Digital marketing helps with selling houses by giving a life-like version but

just digital. I believe becoming a real estate agent is challenging because there are many realtors

and real estate companies throughout Southern California. This makes it difficult to be successful

because the realtors with more experience and great reputations have more opportunity to secure

new business.

I believe that I could be a success in this career because I have the basic skills that are

required. These include good personality, strong people skills, and strong mathematical skills.

These are valuable skills that would be appreciated in this field of work, along with my interest
in becoming the best and getting to the top would be a good career choice. As a successful

realtor, I hope to provide and learn what I need to do in order to make it a reality.
