button oon Microsoftt Excel and th hen click on  Excel Option Popular, thenn on Show Developer 
ns. Click on P
Tab in thhe ribbon an nd then clickk on OK. Closse this and tthe Develope er tab will bee visible and d you can 
click on this to gain aaccess.

Now, wee need to laaunch the Visual Basic Edditor. To do so, we will  click on thee Visual Basic button 

over herre. The keyboard shortcu ut is Alt+F111 which mean
ns that you ppress the Altt Key, keep itt pressed 
and thenn press F11 oone time to bring the Vissual Basic Ed
ditor on the sscreen. I am  going to clicck on this 
and this  brings the V
Visual Basic E
Editor on thee screen.
