AFFIDAVIT
I, GRACE CLAIRE A. ADRALES, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of
Brgy. Manlurip, Tacloban City, Philippines, having been duly sworn in accordance with
law, hereby depose and state:

1 That on May 20, 2020, I executed a Deed of Absolute Sale in favour of PAUL
ARIEL D. QUITALIG, of legal age, single and a resident of McKinley St. Brgy.
10, Catbalogan City which was notarized before a Notary Public, Atty. Marierose
P. Alvero and entered as Doc. No. 337, Page No. 69, Book No. VIII, Series of
2020 in her Notarial Register;

2 That said Deed of Absolute Sale covers a parcel of land, including the one-
storey residential building and all other improvements thereon, located at
Brgy. Manlurip, Tacloban City declared in my name and is more particularly
described as follows:

A parcel of land designated as Lot 10 Blk 1 of the Subdivision of PSD-

08-017812-D, being a portion of Lot 3198-C, PSD-08-016568-D, situated in
Brgy. San Jose, City of Tacloban, Province of Leyte, Island of Leyte
bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 9, Blk 1 of this Subdividsion; on
the NE., along line 2-3 by road lot 1 of this subdivision; on the SE., along
line 3-4 by lot 11, Blk 1 of this subdivision and on the SW., along Line 4-1
by lot 11371, CAD. 407. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S.
49 deg. 00’E, 165.82 m. from MBM #2, CAD 220. Thence N 40 deg. 57’ E.,
10.00 m. to point 2; thence S49 deg. 00’E., 8.00 m. to point 3; thence S 40
deg. 57’ W., 10.00 m. to point 4; thence N. 49 deg. 00’ W., 8.00 m. to point
of, containing an area of EIGHTY (80) square meters

3 As such, I execute this Affidavit to certify or attest to the truth of the foregoing
facts and for whatever legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.
