MOTION FOR CANCELLATION OF

LEVY ON ATTACHMENT
Plaintiffs, by counsel, most respectfully aver:

1. Plaintiffs’ prayer for a writ of preliminary attachment having been

granted by the Honorable Court, they caused the levy on
attachment of Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-12212-P”;

2. Judgment in favour of the plaintiffs was issued by the Honorable

Court;

3. In the implementation of the Decision as affirmed with finality, the

Honorable Court, the above describe Title was not mentioned in its
decision and was not actually involve the said case but a levy was
annotated in the back of the said title ;
4. Considering that Transfer Certificate Title no. T-12212-P is not
involve in the said case it is but just that the levy on the said title
be cancelled.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, plaintiffs move that the levy

on attachment, recorded and annotated on Transfer Certificate of Title
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-12212-P be ordered cancelled.
 Other reliefs just and equitable are also prayed for.
