Terms and Conditions of sale:

1 All rates are ex-factory exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes etc.
2 Rates/Rebates offered for the product are subject to change without
notice. The rates chargeable will be the rates prevailing at the time of
dispatch from the factories.
3 The supply of material is subject to availability.
4 Any amount lying with the Corporation against which no material is allotted shall be
refunded to the buyers(s) without any interest.
5 Our responsibility ceases when the material has been dispatched from the R&T factories
at Nahan and Bilaspur. No claim for shortages and damages etc. in transit will be
entertained.
6 The buyers shall have to deposit full advance payment through e-transfer in our
Account No. 050010200002127 (IFS Code: UTIB0000050) at AXIS Bank Shimla or
Account No. 05242320000026 (1FS Code: HDFC0000524) at HDFC Bank Shimla.
7 The bank charges for remittance/withdrawal of payments will be borne by the
purchaser(s).
8 All sale contracts, the cause of action will be at Shimla and also subject to jurisdiction of
State of Himachal Pradesh.
