demonstrated at the site. The system has been Working accepted and conforms

The Fire – Hydrant System’s contractor performed the acceptance Test on the system with 12 Kg
pressure. The Project Manager ensured that this being done with the First level Training.

IV. DOUCUMENTATION
Provided with this Records completion of Fire Hydrant System’s Reports indicating that all installed
devices have functioned properly. And the handing over will be done after completing of additional work

V. The undersigned has agreed to comply with the warranty terms & conduction.
