Driving while Distracted – Aug 2020

Driving is an integral part of the day to day business

for Nokia South Africa and has been classified as a
high-risk activity.
Most incidents investigated by Nokia are vehicle
accidents.
This does not affect Nokia staff only but has a direct
impact on our partners as well.

It is therefore imperative that we re-enforce the Nokia Life Saving Rules regarding driving and
make sure that everybody adheres to theses Life Saving Rules to ensure that we all go home
safely.

Nokia Life Saving Rules for driving:

Who’s waiting for

you to come home
safely?

ALWAYS WEAR A SEAT BELT IN ANY VEHICLE.

DO NOT DRIVE DISTRACTED OR TIRED.

ALWAYS DRIVE AT A SAFE SPEED FOR ROAD, TRAFFIC AND WEATHER CONDITIONS.

Sticking to the above rules can ensure that you reach your destination safely and without
any accidents.
