THE SERVICE
• Initial contact with the debtor – Our collectors will trace the
whereabouts of the defaulter and will immediately initiate contact
upon receipt of the details. We understand that initial impressions are
powerful, so our negotiators are trained to be professional, yet
assertive in their approach. They will use sensitivity and reason in a
conciliatory manner rather than take an adversarial stand and explain
the just and proper course of action to the debtor. They will at all times
maintain goodwill between the client and debtor, with the primary goal
of collecting the debt in full.

ensure that the debtors realize the seriousness of the collector in
discharging duties, and applies indirect pressure on the debtor to settle their
outstanding payment

THE ODDS
According to professional debt collectors- who handle more than is USD 3.3
billion in claims annually declares that the longer a debt is overdue, the less
chance there is that it will be collected. The best policy is still to collect the
debt within 30 days.
GPS TRACKING SYSYEM
Success Pattern has developed its own computer system for the
management of credit receivables. Called SPeed, the system is one of our
key attributes, which allows most of the routine tasks to be automated,
hence increasing the overall productivity and efficiency of the company
Upon recovery of any sum of monies from debtors, it is our policy to issue
temporary receipts to ensure transparency of the transaction. Temporary
receipt books will be issued to you for approval prior to undertaking any
collection. All monies collected on your behalf will be remitted to you within
24 hours of a working day.
AUTHORITY CARD
Every field personnel will carry an authority card that grants permission for
the holder to act on behalf of Success Pattern. Our collectors will also be
furnished with letters of authorization from the respective clients or ID cards
approved by client when negotiating with debtors.
STATUS REPORT
Success Pattern has plans to provide online services in the near future,
thereby further extending our reach and quality of service. Clients will be
able to access reports on existing accounts as and when they please.
