Theme: Enhancing and Capacitating Educators in the New Landscape of Education

Virtual-In Service Training Day 1 (was hosted by Mr. Leo Jovellanos and Ms.
Jade Marie Abetona. It was started at 8:30am with an audio-visual presentation of
Philippine National Anthem, Opening prayer and Pangasinan Hymn. Afterwards, our
very own principal, Engr. Magdalena Manaoat gave an opening remarks followed by
Inspirational message by Dr. Roberto Barongan and an overview of the training and
presentation of participants by Mr. Danilo Soriano. Ms Maricris Basa introduced our first
speaker, Dr. Jerry Junio with the topic of “Differentiated Instruction”. The program was
resumed at 1pm by introducing our second speaker, Dr. Wilma Carrera with her topic,
“Assessment: DO #31, s. 2020”

Theme: Enhancing and Capacitating Educators in the New Landscape of Education

Virtual-In Service Training Day 2 (MAPEH Department) was hosted by Ms.

Xiarah Sabangan and it was started at 1 pm with an audio-visual presentation of
Pilipinas Kong Mahal followed by the energizer that was led by Mr. Albert Medina.
Inspirational message was delivered by our dear principal, Engr. Magdalena Manaoat
and our very own department head, Mr. Mario Tamondong. After that, our emcee
introduced the speaker of that day which is Ms. Marlene Ilumin with her topic,
“Practicing Emotional First Aid Skills” that contributes a lot of help on the emotional
health of the participants.

Theme: Enhancing and Capacitating Educators in the New Landscape of Education

Virtual-In Service Training Day 3 (MAPEH Department) was started at exactly

8:30 in the morning with an opening prayer via audio-visual presentation. The recap
from yesterday’s topic was given by Ms. Jessamae Landingin whom also served as an
emcee for that day. After that, Mr. Albert Medina gave an unfreezing activity that really
brought up energized mood to the particiants followed by Ms. Josefina Zacarias,
introduction of Ms. Alicia Reyes as a first speaker with a topic of “Importance of
Innovative Teaching In The New Normal”.
The training program was resumed at exactly 1pm with an unfreezing activity
given by Ms. Charito Baranda followed by the introduction of Ms. Jenelyn Macaalay
whom served as a second speaker with the topic of “Best Practices of MAPEH
Teachers In Modular Distance Learning” that contributes a big help to the teachers
during this new normal education.

DECEMBER 15, 2020

Theme: Enhancing and Capacitating Educators in the New Landscape of Education

Virtual-In Service Training Day 4 (MAPEH Department) was started at exactly

8:00 in the morning with an opening prayer via audio-visual presentation. The recap
from yesterday’s topic was given by Mr. Michael Lagmay followed by the unfreezing
activity that was led by Ms. Marlene Uson. After a few minutes Mr. Emil Galivo had his
demonstration teaching with his topic, “Mental Health Support Tips for Teachers”. The
demo teaching was followed by the first speaker, Ms. Jacquelyn Soriano with her topic,
“Challenges of Teachers In The New Normal”.
The training program was resumed at exactly 1pm with an unfreezing activity
given by Ms. Jessamae Landingin followed by the introduction of Mr. Albert Medina
whom served as a second speaker with the topic of “Challenges and Opportunities in
Education Under the New Normal”.
