RESEARCH QUESTION: What is the level of acceptance and attitude towards COVID-19 vaccines
among residents of the Cities of Caloocan, Malabon, and Navotas, Philippines?
METHODS
1. Questionnaires give a moderately modest, speedy and proficient method of getting a lot of data
from a huge example of individuals. Data can be collected relatively quickly because the
researcher would not need to be present when the questionnaires were completed. This is helpful
in directing the study since we need a huge population when interviews would be unfeasible.
Furthermore, survey is similarly a simpler technique to plan, develop and control the scientist's
examination. It doesn't need a lot of specialized expertise or information.

A similar study from Tabuk City also explored the Acceptance and Attitude towards COVID-19
Vaccines among Residents in Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga, and displayed a detailed organized
result by using questionnaires as their data analysis. Their result was successfully explained
because their data was formally presented

An anonymous online survey created with Google Forms will be used in this quantitative cross-
sectional investigation. Because of the pandemic and the current scenario, the researchers will use
a convenience sample methodology, data collection will be done through distributing
questionnaires, which allowed for easier access among target respondents without abandoning
social distancing measures. Data was collected through disseminating Google. Forms are
available through social media platforms such as Facebook and Messenger.

2. With the study using a qualitative style technique that the researchers conducted, one of the most
effective method in collecting the data is through interview. Unlike survey, interview gives the
respondents an opportunity to provide a more in-depth and personal information which becomes
very useful in the study. Furthermore, the researchers used a semi-structured interview in order to
pursue the responds in a more detailed manner and provide the participants with guidance on
what to talk about, which prevents a time-consuming process.

According to the study Semi structured interviewing in primary care research: a balance of
relationship and rigor [ CITATION Mel19 \l 1033 ] semi structured in-depth interviews are
commonly used in qualitative research and are the most frequent qualitative data source in health
services research. Semi structured interviewing can be a powerful tool for family physicians,
primary care providers and other health services researchers to use to understand the thoughts,
beliefs and experiences of individuals. For these reasons, this method of data collection strategy
is suitable in pursuing information on the level of acceptance and attitude towards COVID19
vaccines among the residents of the Cities of Caloocan, Malabon, and Navotas, Philippines.
