Emotion What Was Happening when you felt this emotion?


Afraid  My heart rate to go up, causes my blood pressure to go up, I feel cold
and I can’t talk properly.
Angry When I felt this emotion sometimes I scream and my vision becomes
blurred.
Ashamed  My face is blushing and getting self awareness.
Confident  I less talk more on listening and I don’t need  the praise and
appreciation of other person.
Confused It leads to poor judgment and actions.
Depressed  I felt sad and discourage and unhappy.I cannot sleep because of
overthinking.
Embarrassed  I felt weird or stupid.I might feel ill or like I wanna cry.
Energetic  When I am energetic I felt I am much better about myself.
Excited My emotions become more powerful.
Glad Glad is a feeling of happiness, spontaneous joy and freedom.
Jealous I doubt and mistrust.
Lonely  I felt empty,alone  and unwanted.
Proud A satisfaction with myself.
Relaxed I can think clearly.
Stressed I know when I’m stressed I felt tired and cannot think well.

watch videos on youtube and reading wattpad stories.
I feel sad, helps me feel better if I Drink coffee and listen music
1. When I feel anxious or nervous, it helps me feel better if I look  in the mirror to
see myself if it is okay and talk to my mama about my feelings.
2. When I feel grumpy, it helps me if I calm myself and look for positive solutions.
3. When I feel lonely, it helps if I scroll through my phone or talk to my friends.
4. When I embarrassed, it helps if accept my failures and work again.
5. When I feel sick, it helps me feel better if I drink my medicine on time and rest my
body and mind.
6. When I feel silly, I like to do good things.
7. When I feel disappointed, it helps me if  calm  myself and accept the reality.
8. When I am honest, I feel I'm doing good for ither people I feel like happy and
contented.
9. When I feel "angry" it helps me better if I "should always look for the better side
and to be honest about my feelings".
