 LEARNER WHO FAILED IN THE FIRST QUARTER
IN GRADE 8 AND THE REASON WHY HE FAILED

STUDENT:

CAWAG, ARJUN JAY G.

REASON:

The learner got a failed grade with the only reason of not acquiring
and accomplishing the modules in quarter 1 from week 2 to 8.The said learner
lives so far away from the school and his place was so difficult to reach. As an
adviser, I have followed up the student by inquiring the student’s neighbours,
relatives, and classmates and tried to deliver the modules to his home. But,
there’s no way that the modules have been retrieved.

AND THE REASONS FOR FAILING

REASON:

The learners named above are at risk of failing because of the

following reasons:
 Lack of interest in answering the LAS that lead them not to acquire
or accomplish the learning activity sheets every week.
 Very late in returning the learning activity sheets as well as in
acquiring the LAS.
 Parents who are obliged to get their LAS in school weren’t able to
get the LAS because they are busy in their livelihood work.
 Initiative in delivering the LAS to their houses have been stopped
because no previous LAS were retrieved from them.
