In conformity with DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2002 entitled Program on Awards and
Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) of the Department of Education and the Search for Outstanding
Public Officials and Employees that have been conducted by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) annually
(CSC Memorandum Circular No. 3, s. 2016) DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2002, Inosloban- Marawoy Integrated
National High School shall conduct the GAWAD INOMARA TOP AWARDS 2021-Inosloban- Marawoy
Integrated National High School Top Awards 2021 (Top- Teaching And Non-Teaching Outstanding Performance
Awards 2021)
This aims to recognize the teachers and staff who had an outstanding performance and give
appreciation to the teachers and staff who rendered exemplary Service.
GAWAD INOMARA TOP AWARDS 2021 is designed to give appreciation and recognize
teachers and staff who delivered outstanding performance. It is designed for the teachers to be more
motivated and provide inspiration in doing duties specially in this time of pandemic.
II. Awards Mechanics and Criteria
There shall be twelve (13) awards to be given to the outstanding teaching and non-teaching personnel and

1. The awardees shall receive a plaque/trophy while the finalists shall receive a certificate.
2. The Selection Committee shall evaluate and choose the awardee based on the given criteria in each
award.
3. The Awarding Ceremony shall be held on July 28, 2021, via an online meet.
General Qualifications
Employed personnel of Inosloban- Marawoy Integrated National High School for at
least one (1) year.

Category 7: Most Outstanding Class Adviser
A.
The category is open to all class adviser of the current school year. A pre-qualifying
round shall be done through online voting of all teachers in the grade level. Each
teacher shall choose his/her 3 nominees through a Google form. Three teachers with
the highest votes shall then be rated by the corresponding grade level evaluators,
composed of the head teacher, the master teacher/s and/or a non-adviser, based on the
criteria that follow.

This award will be given to teachers who have rendered 20 years and above service in
Inosloba-Marawoy Integrated National High School. For this year, all teachers who
have rendered 20 years and above will be given an award but for the succeeding year
of this award all teachers who are in the exact year of 20th, 25th, 30th,35th and 40th in
service shall receive the award. Recipients of Service Award were chosen based on
plantilla records.
