9. Guard railing in place on all open sides and

10. Visual check to verify clamps secured

11. Scaffold secured to structure to
prevent movement?
12. Brackets, tube and clamp, and
accessories properly placed with wedges
tightened?
13. Area around scaffold has been
secured/roped off?
14. Toe boards properly installed when
