1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 Project Overview

Abu Dhabi Oil COMPANY (ADOC) Japan (COMPANY) produces oil from Mubarraz, AR,
GA and Hail fields. The produced oil from all fields are finally gathered on Mubarraz
Island and treated by facilities located on the Island.

ADOC has planned an oil field development of Mubarraz Field. However, 8” gas line from
CD2-Well Jacket to CA-P has been damaged by corrosion in 2015 and has been
unavailable since then. For gas transfer from CD1-WP to CA-P, 6”oil line from CA-P to
CD-P has been temporarily substituted for unavailable 8” gas line and accordingly ADOC
has temporarily stopped the oil production from CA-P.

In order to resume oil production ADOC intends to install a new flow line from CA-P to
CD-P

1.2 Project Facility Description

The project includes the following:

 Installation of 8” New Oil Flow Line from CA-P to CD-P.

 Associated works and tie-in on CA-P Platform
 Associated works and tie-in on CD-P Platform
 Cathodic Protection for the new pipeline.
