Attached for your information and dissemination, is the Advisory

dated March 19, 2021 from USec. Bernardo C. Florece Jr., Officer-in-Charge
of our Department regarding the above-mentioned subject.
With this, please enjoin local functionaries to observe standards
stipulated in the following issuances:
DILG Memorandum Circular 2019-177 or the Guidelines in th
integration of the issuance of Barangay Clearance in the
permitting processes of Cities and Municipalities; and

DILG-DOF Joint Memorandum Circular 2019-01 or the

Guidelines for the Review, Adjustment, Setting, and/or Adoption
of Reasonable Regulatory Fees and Charges of LGUs
