1 - 调试软件使用的说明上哪里下载？下载哪些内容？

2 - 连接控制器是否需要上电?要怎么上电?
2- Weather it need power-on when connect the controller?How to

power-on?
我们的控制器在连接上位机时是需要上电连接的。如果您的控制器还没有安装上车，那么您只需要把电池
正极和电门锁线相连，电池负极和控制器负极接线柱相连，控制器就上电了。如果您的控制器已经安装好
了，那么只需要打开电门锁，控制器就上电了。
It needs power-on when our controller connect with DriveManager. If your controller did not
installed the vehicle , you should connect battery positive with power key input and connect
battery negative with controller negative, then controller will power on. If your controller
installed vehicle well, you just need open the power key input, and controller will power on.

3 - 需要连接调试软件要哪些配件？
3- Which accessories would it need when connect with Debug.
连接调试软件需要一根九芯航空插头转 DB9 线和 USB 转 RS232（DB9 接口）线。
从全顺淘宝购买 APT 控制器时都会附赠这一套线的。
We should prepare a cable named D89 and USB-RS232 before we start connecting the Debug, In

4 - 控制器的尺寸多少？重量多少？

5 - 防水性如何？怎么安装更有利于防水？
5- How about the controller waterproof?How to install the controller

could be better for water-proof.

APT 控制器拥有外部密封与内部灌胶的双重防水保障，控制信号接口使用 24 芯 ECU 防水接插件，确保控
制器正常工作。如果需要再增加防水性，可以在母线和相线的接线端涂上绝缘橡胶。
APT controller possess double securities such as outside seal and internal glue to avoid water,
meanwhile, in order to insure the controller work as normal, we use 24Pin ECU waterproof
connector with the control signal interface. If you want increase more waterproof, you could
paint some electro-insulating rubber on the terminal of generatrix & phase line.

6 - 倒车档为什么只有 1 根线？ 1 根线怎么接?

6- Why there has only one line for backward control?How to connect it?
需要倒车时，把倒车档与地线相连即可。
Just connect backward control with ground wire when backward.

7 - 限速档和高速档怎么接线？

8 - 增力档的话,还可以加快起步速度么?可以提高尾速么?
8- When drive in boost gear, would it expedite the starting-speed and

improve the Max speed?

增力档不能加快起步速度，但是可以提高尾速。
Boost gear couldn’t expedite the starting-speed, however, it could improve the Max speed.

9 - 红灯和绿灯同时亮，正常么?
9- Red and Green lights bright in same time, is this normal?
红灯与绿灯同时常亮表示控制器接线正确，未检测到异常。
Yes, it’s normal, it shows the controller connect correct.

10 - 红灯快闪 2 下是什么意思？如何解决？
10- What’s the meaning of red lights blinking twice?How to solve it?
红灯快闪两下表示转把故障。需要检查转把是否损坏或者转把连线是否正常。
It shows there has some malfunctions with throttle.
For this problem you met, would you like to do below step firstly? And back to result later.
1. Check if the throttle is damaged.
2. Check the throttle wired weather it is connected as normal.

11 - 控制器连不上电脑怎么办？
11- What should i do when controller couldn’t connect with computer?
1. 确认控制器已上电（电池正极与电门锁连接，电池负极与控制器负极接线柱连接），此时控制器上的
绿灯应为常亮。
1. Confirm the controller has powered-on( connect battery positive with power key input and
connect battery negative with controller negative ), if so, the green light should always be bright
by this time.
2. 确认 USB 转 RS232 数据连接线的驱动已安装。
2. Confirm the firmware of cable“USB TO RS232”has been installed well.
3. 打开设备管理器，查询 COM 端口号，在上位机的通讯设置中选择相应的 COM 端口号。如果设备管
理器中的 COM 端口号数值大于 9，则需要手动调整 COM 端口号，使端口号在 1~9 之间。
3. Open the Device Manager, click the COM port, find the COM id, and choose the matching
port number on the setting of DriveManager, if the port ID you get is beyond 9, we should adjust
the COM port by manual operation to make the port between 1~9.
4. 请不要擅自延长数据连接线。
4. Please don’t extend cable authorized.
5. 尝试更换电脑 USB 端口或重启电脑之后再次尝试。
5. Try again after exchange the USB port and restart the computer.
6. 如被杀毒软件误查杀,请把软件放入白名单或者添加信任并关闭杀毒软件。我们的软件是由本公司工程
师自行开发的，不存在有病毒的风险。

6. If the software is miskilling by antivirus, please put it in white list or add to trust and closed
antivirus at the same time. By the way, our software is insourcing by our company engineer, so, it
don’t have any virus risk.

12 - 如何调弱磁参数？
12- How to adjust the parameter of weaken current?
请查看附件一与附件二，按照里面的说明调整弱磁参数。

13 - 如何更深入地匹配 APT 控制器？

13- How to match APT controller with motor deeply?
控制器默认参数是匹配全顺电机的，所以基本不调整参数就能直接连线使用。如果需要体验参数变化带来
的性能改变，可以做以下尝试：
The default parameter of controller is matched with QS motor, so, it could use directly without
adjusting parameter. If you want to experience the change performance, you could make as
below trying:
电机与控制器连好，架起车辆（做好空转准备），控制器上电与电脑连接，打开上位机
Make sure the motor and controller connect well, set up the vehicle ( Read for No-loading ),
then connect with computer and power-on the controller, finally, open the DriveManager.
在默认参数下，手动向电机正转方向拨动，观察上位机上实时数据中转速数值的正负，
Below the default parameter, stir the motor to forward direction by manual, and observe the
RPM of DriveManager please, then result me later.
1. 如果是正值，则直接跳到下一步。
1. If it is positive value, please do next step directly.
2. 如果是负值，则在“硬件参数”选项中修改霍尔连接与相线连接，如果原始是 H3 和 D3，则改成 H1
和 D1；如果原始是 H1 和 D1，则改成 H3 和 D3。然后再次手拨电机正转，观察上位机上转速数值
的正负。如果是正值，则跳到下步。
如果是仍是负值，请来电咨询。
2. If it is negative value, please modify the Hall connect and Phase connect in “Hardware
parameter “ setting. If the original is H3 and D3, please change to H1 and D1; If the original is
H1 and D1, please change to H3 and D3. Then stir the motor to forward direction by manual
again, and observe the RPM of DriveManager, If it is positive value, please do next step directly.
If still not, please feel free to contact to us.
3. 在“电机参数”中调节前进角度偏置，此参数与电机运转时的车感密切相关。由于各个电机对应的前
进偏执角度各不相同，所以，需要客户自行调试。
3. Adjust the forward angle offset in “ Motor parameter”, this parameter is closely related
with motor revolving. Due to the forward angle offset of each motor is different, would you like
to adjust it by yourself?
4. 最后调整极对数参数。极对数参数与上位机上显示的电机转速有关。极对数的具体参数需要由电机厂

16 - 我想调整电机起步时的力，要怎么调？
16- How could i adjust the power when starting the motor?
在上位机的“其他参数”选项中，有油门中间比例、油门低阀值、油门高阀值和油门中间值。他们共同组
成了油门转把电压与输出功率百分比的关系。
In the “ Other”option of DriveManager, there has Gas among proportion, Gas low threshold,
Gas high threshold and Gas among threshold such for options. All of them make up a
percentage relationship of “throttle voltage” and “out power”.

可以通过修改油门中间值和油门中间比例来调整。油门中间值的范围为 1.5~3.9，油门中间比例的范围为
30~100。如果需要把电机起步调猛一些，可以减小油门中间值，增大油门中间比例。如果需要起步平滑，
提高后段加速，则可以增大油门中间值，减小油门中间比例。由于各电机参数不同，具体效果还需通过实
际路试体验。
It could be adjusted by modify the proportion of Gas among proportion and Gas among
threshold. The range of Gas among threshold should between 1.5~3.9, and Gas among
proportion should between 30~100. If you intend to make the motor starting speed higher, you
could reduce the Gas among threshold and increase Gas among proportion. If you intend to
make the motor starting speed smoothness and improve motor acceleration, you could increase
the Gas among threshold and reduce the Gas among proportion.
Due to the difference performance of each motor, the specific effect should be verification by
practical experience.

17 - 如何按照我自己的电池电压设置保护电压值？
17- How to set up protect voltage according to our own battery voltage.
首先需要向电池供应商询问电池工作电压，满电电压和欠电电压。然后根据所得电池参数，在上位机“指
令值参数”选项中修改过压值、过压恢复值、欠压值、欠压恢复值、无回生电压值、最大回生电压值、限
流起始电压值、最小电流电压值。

lack voltage. Then according to the battery parameter, modify the over vdc, over vdc recover, lack
vdc, lack vdc recover, no vdc revive, max vdc revive, original limit vdc, min battery vdc.
