ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, QWERTYUIP A. SDFGHJL;, of legal age, Filipino, with

residence at QWERTYUIP do hereby appoint, name and constitute
QWERTYUIP, of legal age, with residence at QWERTYUIP
QWERTYUIP to be my true and lawful attorney in-fact to act, for and in
our stead, to do and perform the following acts deeds and things, to wit: 

a. Represent, execute, and pay the fees required in relation to a

parcel of land (QWERTYUIP) which is the subject of a Deed of
Donation between me as donor and QWERTYUIP and
QWERTYUIP as donees;

b. Sign any and all documents and papers as well as claim and
receive for and in my behalf said documents from the concerned
government agencies or offices;

c. Sign and execute any and all documents necessary for the said
application and transfer; and

d. Do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary

or incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes
for which this authority is hereby given.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-

fact full power and authority to do and perform any and every act, and
thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do
if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my
said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
