NARRATIVE REPORT
NESTLE MODULE INTEGRATION
DISEASE AND INFECTION (Session 1-5)
SPS 8-1/STE 8-3/STE 8-4
April 12-16, 2021

In response on the Division Memo about the Nestle Wellness Campus Program
implementation Olongapo City National High School took initiative in integrating the Nestle
modules in their respective lessons that serves as platform in sharing wellness ideas and
practices.

I was assigned to teach the topic in Disease and Infection Session 1-5. I integrated
the lesson last April 12-16, 2021 through Google Meet with my SPS 8-1, STE 8-3 & STE 8-4
MAPEH time following the class scheduled and was attended by 36 active students. It was
observed by our Department Health- Olivia G. Cannu, EDD- monitoring classes with
Wellness integration.

The lesson focuses on Disease and Infection, since I am already dealing with Grade 8
student they showed interests on the topic which also allowed them to fully understand
through the use or the power point presentations. I can say that despite some technical
glitch that we encountered during the online class it never hampered their learnings about
the topic. It was indeed a lesson learned for them that they will be able to apply in their
daily living as they became more aware and conscious of their health status and lifestyle.
Lastly, I had given all the worksheets as part of the evaluation and explain it briefly
on how to answer and when to submit it.
