    ACCEPTANCE LETTER

    We hereby agree to the loss assessment in the sum of Rs. 60,000 /-(Sixty thousand
    only) in full and final settlement, against the lump sum claim to motorcycle Reg. No.
    KMP-0438, Make: HONDA CD 70, Model-2019, Eng. No. 177367 and Chassis No.
    692457, arising due to theft on dated 07.09.2020, at Ocean Tower Block 9 Clifton,
    Karachi. The above loss covered under Loss No. 4251003231/2020.

    We here in accept and agreed on the above noted amount and have no liability on
    insurance company & also admit to will not precede further any legal liability against
    the insurance company.
