In the recent past we come across various end customer complaints and warranty
issues due to rejections arising out of deviations in special process requirements.

In order to mitigate this risk our QA team has conducted extensive audit with Special
process vendors and has approved the below mentioned suppliers for Plating & Powder
Coating process for any future regular production supplies / new developments
involving special process.

In line to this, kindly ensure that all your future supplies involving Plating &
Powder coating process are being done only with any of the below mentioned
suppliers with immediate effect.

In case of any deviation in terms of alternate sources other than mentioned

below, please send an email to SPMT team and your respective commodity &
Purchasing leads with reason for deviation clearly mentioned.

Also hence forth, for all future supplies to Lucas TVS, please mention the Special
process supplier – if applicable name on your inspection / dimension reports
provided along with each supplies.

A line of confirmation in this regards would be highly appreciated.

Electroplating:

1.EMF - Zinc plating,Zinc nickel plating, Zinc iron plating,Electroless, nickel

plating,Copper Tin plating and copper- nickel-Tin plating.

2.Sun Rise -   Zinc plating,Copper Tin plating and copper- nickel-Tin plating and
Trivalant Chromating.

3.Saravana Polishing -  Zinc plating

4.Saradha electroplaters - Zinc plating,Zinc nickel plating

5.RA metal finishers - Zinc nickel plating

6.Diversified coatings -  Zinc iron plating

7.ML Industries - Zinc plating,Zinc iron plating,Copper Tin plating and copper- nickel-Tin
plating.

8.Swasthick Electroplaters -Zinc plating with black passivation, Electroless nickel

plating,
9.Dhanalakshmi  electroplaters Hosur -   Zinc plating Zinc plating,Zinc iron plating

10.Ambika industries Bangalore - Zinc plating

11.Sifiy - Bangalore -Zinc plating,Zinc nickel plating

12.PVR electroplating Bangalore - Electroless, nickel plating,Copper Tin plating and

copper- nickel-Tin plating.

For Hyundai/KIA motors child parts,electroplating to be carried out only at SQ mark

certified suppliers - EMF and RA metal finishers.

For MSIL child parts electroplating to be carried out only at saradha elctroplaters/
Inhouse,as per customer requirement

Note: In case of Ramsays ,MK fasteners and Grace infrastructure both have in house
plating facility .Out sourceing by these suppliers is not recommended.

Powder coating:

1.Auto fine (Hyundai/KIA motors application).

5. Geniune metal finishers
