    1) The mechanic was troubleshooting an abnormality in the retarder system where the indicator lights were intermittently appearing and disappearing. 2) An inspection of the wiring harness found no issues, so the mechanic inspected the selenoid retarders and found that the lock ring housing on the spool had come loose from the groove. 3) The mechanic repaired the issue by inspecting and cleaning the spool and groove of the selenoid retarders. Preventative maintenance steps were also outlined to routinely test the brake pads.

    > Indikator dipanel intermitten * check resistance selenoid front and rear = 22 ohm
    * check voltage pressure switch retarder = 24V
    hilang dan muncul saat problem
    * check resistance wiring J03 pin 13 - RESWR pin 1 = 0,5 ohm
    retarder abnormal. Check
    * check resistance wiring J03 pin 14 - REVR pin 1 = 0,4 ohm
    monitor panel didapati ada error * check resistance wiring J03 pin 15 - REVR pin 2 = 0,0 ohm
    saat retarder abnormal (DX12MA, * check resistance wiring J03 pin 13 - D05 pin 1 = 0,5 ohm
    DX11MA). * check resistance wiring J03 pin 16 - RESWF pin 1 = 0,2 ohm
    * check resistance wiring J03 pin 17 - REVF PIN 1 = 0,3 ohm
    * check resistance wiring J03 pin 18 - REVF PIN 2 = 0,3 ohm
    * check resistance wiring BRC 1 pin 5 - J03 PIN 13 melalui dioda 05 = 0,46 V
    Dari data diatas disimpulkan wiring harness retarder system (OK)
    Selanjutnya melakuan pengecekan spool selenoid retarder front and rear
    * check selenoid retarder (didapati temuan lock ring housing spool terlepas dari groove)
    * check and inspection condition spool and groove

    * Inspection spool and groove selenoid retarder front and rear

    > LANGKAH PENCEGAHAN


    * lakukan pengujian pap secara rutin
