dashboard

Explore the option under “My Requests” to check -

• “Pending action”
• “Request submitted”

Check request that is requested by Unilever for

you to complete

Click on blue colored case type to complete the

case pending with you

Provides information on Unilever user who has

raised request for your action

Check request submitted by you to update your

details (Company, contact, Bank &Tax) under “My
submitted request”

Status of the requests submitted by you. If the

status of the request is “Resolved completed” or
“Resolved – cancelled” or “Resolved – Rejected”
that means request is pending with you or
Unilever for approval
