CAREER Computer Science graduate with a project on human brain and thought analysis
SUMMARY opens up the door to go deep in the field of HRM. To gain more knowledge
about this specific field, I continued the work on this very project even after
graduation as a Research Associate at Namal College, Mianwali. This research
work helped me to get a job in an NGO as HR- Manager but soon after this, got
selected in MBA-HR program of FAST school of management sciences.

EXPERIENCE I worked as an RA with the Phd Scholor Doctor Junaid Akhtar at Namal
College Mianwali that helped me to learn the hidden behaviors of human
nature. Analyzing these behaviors through data analytics and machine
learning tools gives the entire output about the personality traits of any
person.

 During my internship, I got training of how to deal with different types
of employee, selection, recruitment, training and management.

Throughout my stay at Namal, I worked as President, GS and Event
Manager under several student societies. Discussing and managing the
several issues with the teachers gave me the confidence to deal with any
technical and non-technical matter smoothly.
