New Repair Kits for QSK38 and QSK50 Marine

Contents
This document introduces and defines the contents of new repair kits for use on sea water
pumps for QSK38 and QSK50 marine application diesel engines. Directions are also given on
which repair kits to order.
The new repair kits are designed to service sea water pumps, Part Numbers 3393018 and
4314820. The previous repair kits for servicing sea water pump, Part Number 3393018 , have
been obsoleted and superseded to the new repair kits, which were released along with new sea
water pump, Part Number 4314820. The new repair kit contents have been altered from the
obsolete repair kits.
Major repair kit, Part Number 3393028, and minor repair kit, Part Number 3393029, are no
longer available.
Wear ring, Part Number 3393041, and impeller, Part Number 3393042, are no longer available.
Parts from the repair kits will not be sold individually. All installation procedures remain
unchanged.
