First of all, Alhamdulillah praise to Allah SWT for giving us the opportunity to finish this
“Entrepreneurship Activities” successfully. With the guide that He gives to us, it helps us to
find the materials and information that are needed to finish up this project.
Moreover, we would like to express our gratitude to our beloved lecturer for this subject
Entrepreneurship (BFC34502) , Dr. Mohamad Yusri Bin Aman for his kindness and his time
spent for us. His dedication in giving all the knowledge about this subject has made this project
easy to be done although we have faced some problems in completing this project. He has
taught us how to solve the problem and advised us to be patient in finding information and
finish the task that has been given.
Not to forget, lots of thanks to our parents for being very supportive in vary way and pray for
us to be successful in completing this project from the starting until the end of the project.
Besides that, for being the primary inspiration in working hard and striving to be nothing but
the best.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We are starting a business of manufacturing food relate to chocolate. Name of the product is
The Coperto Jar.Our goal is to attract customers that who want to enjoy delicious, sweet food
for an affordable prices.
In addition, to ensure the customer to stay at home during the pandemic, we will also make a
delivery to the doorstep and using the postage services for customers who are outside of the
delivery area, Batu Pahat, Johor. We are taking order from a quite marketing strategical place
located at No26, Jalan MP2, Taman Melaka Perdana, Ayer Keroh 75450, Melaka.
The Coperto Jar will offer a wide variety of Chocolate in different flavors that will fulfill
consumer needs. Our products are actual products that will give benefits to our consumers
through quality assurance and stability. We will be offering five products that will target
children and adults.
The core competencies and unique selling proposition on which our company will be competing
are quality, stability, and innovation.
The marketing plan of the company will be based on marketing mix, price strategy, advertising,
campaign and promotion strategy. We will spend on advertising and sales promotion over tread
of year. We focus on lower prices compare to its competitors to penetrate in the market and
reduce the quantity but never increase the prices.

2.0 Introduction of Business
‘The Coperto Jar’, the business that we are running is related to food products that have
been go viral lately, Chocolate-jar. Our goal is to attract customers that who want to enjoy
delicious, sweet food for an affordable price. In addition, to ensure the customer to stay at home
during the pandemic, we will also make a delivery to the doorstep and using the postage
services for customers who are outside of the delivery area, Batu Pahat, Johor. We are taking
order from a quite marketing strategical place located at No26, Jalan MP2, Taman Melaka
Perdana, Ayer Keroh 75450, Melaka. Since our target customer most of it come from south of
Malaysia, the delivery duration become quite fast as it located at around the middle of peninsula
of Malaysia.
The business is started from five members. They are Mrs. Nurul Hasanah Binti Zulkifly,
Mrs. Nur Fitrieina Binti Ghazali, Mrs. Nurshamimi Binti Mohd Shahar, Mr. Muhammad
Muzamir Bin Ruduan and Mr. Muhammad Alif Ridzuan Bin Roslan. Since all of us are trained
with creativity, we do play an important role on marketing our product, as we do have our own
style to do marketing. But we do need to follow the marketing manager guideline from Mrs.
Nur Fitrieina Binti Ghazali.
Since product like chocojar is viral right now, we must compete with many others brand.
We must improve our marketing strategy, customer services and many more to achieve our
sales target. Due to our current situation which is pandemic COVID-19, we have to focus more
on online social media platform to improve our sales and provide stocks which are highly
demand from the customer itself.

2.3 Mission/Vision
Our mission is to give satisfaction to customers who love chocolate-based food at
affordable prices and provide the best service in delivering products to their customers' homes.
Our vision is to make Coperto a leading brand in the chocojar selling industry in Malaysia and
to be the top choice of the customer regardless of age and race.

2.5 Price List
The price is according to the sizes of the jar, RM13 for the small size jar which is 270g, RM26
for the large size jar, 640g. These prices is exclude postage which is RM5.

Our Facebook page username is @cop.jarr and it was created on 18th October 2020.

Our first teaser post has reached 55 people. Lots of our customers come from Instagram
and our selling on Facebook very slow.

3.6 Frequency of Posting
We always post the feeds every day, so that our customers always get the latest updates
about our stock and products. We made a post about the promo on 11.11. Although we
get less customers from Facebook, we always advertise non-stop using various ways to
attract customers. We also post about customer feedback because it will attract customers
to try Coperto Jar for themselves.

4.0 Instagram
4.1 Followers
This is our Instagram @cop.jar . Our Instagram have 1,044 followers. This Instagram was
created on 19 October 2020.
- In instagram @cop.jar have link, the link is for the pleasure of all customers who
want to buy our products.
- Other than that, in instagram have highlight story, where we promote our products
every day at instagram stories. Then, our highlight stories we put all customer
feedbacks, flavour of coperto jar, and everything info about coperto jar.

4.3 Content In Feed Instagram
- Which is have picture of customer who grab coperto jar by pickup , by cod ( cash
on delivery ) , and all the feedback from our customers.
- Then in instagram have picture every flavour of coperto jar such as
- In our instagram also have posting about how we wrap customer items.
- Cop.jar also takes greeting card orders to anyone who wants to give a coperto jar to
a special person.
- Lastly , we also made a video review on the taste of the coperto jar.

We promote our products on instagram stories almost every day to get customers.

We always post the content feed and stories every day, so that our customers always get the
latest updates about our stock and products. There the frequency of our instagram Cop.jar. In
our instagram have 1,011 accounts that reached on our instagram cop.jar.

5.0 Financial
Cop.jar started promoting products on 19 october, and we started getting the first customers on
21 October 2020 until 11 November 2020. Each order from our customers will submit the order
in the shopee account of our stock manager to get a cheap postage price. Customer buys coperto
jar by Post, by Pickup and by COD . But COD ( Cash on delivery ) only at Melaka . It is because
our stock at our stock manager at Melaka. We issued a capital of RM320 to start a business.

6.0 CONCLUSION
On a final note, we use social media as a business platform because it easy to communicate with
customer. We can deal effectively with the customer through social media and at the same time
we can boost business customer satisfaction as we can get through social media directly with our
consumers. We also have several platforms in social media and the name “COPERTO JAR” is

We decided to sell food products like “Coperto jar” because it is attractive for everyone. Our
coperto jar is also very suitable as a snack. In the current situation like today is very suitable for
customers to order our coperto with online. We also make “Charge On Delivery” COD in Melaka
area only and postage for beside the customer also can be purchase in Shopee easily.
