ASSEMBLY MEETING WITH ALL THE SSG OFFICERS HELD AT THE GRADE 12-DIAMOND

RESOLUTION NO.2

“Resolution indicating the penalty for students failing to wear their complete uniform in school.”
WHEREAS, the said resolution will allow the SSG to impose and collect a penalty of P10.00 per day
for students failing to wear a complete uniform during Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

WHEREAS, students can only be excused from the penalty if he or she presents a valid reason
secured by an excuse letter.

Now therefore, on the motion of the SSG President, Almie C. Mamilla duly seconded by all the
officers be it resolved;

Resolved, as it is hereby resolved for a penalty of P10.00 per day to be fined to students failing to
wear their complete uniform during the upper mention days, except if the student can present a
valid reason secured by an excuse letter.
