 College will collect the fees from students through online or direct collect from college bank
account.
 Student will not physically present in colleges for form fill up.
 College will deposit the examination fees at University before 7 days of examination. Detail
deposit schedule will notify latter.
 College will keep Rs. 260/250 (examination fee) per student to meet their valuation process.
 During online form colleges are requested to update the students Mobile no/What app no, Email
ID and mentor teacher name with mobile no.
 Student can download the admit card directly from UUeMS portal, in their admit card mentor
name and their mentor mobile no will be printed clearly.

 As per last year Notification No.28335/HE, dated: 02.09.2020 those who have less than equal to 2 back
papers in the intermediate semester can be passed in PQ method, taking the average mark of papers
he has passed in that semester.

Guidelines related with conduct of Online Home Based final semester students for all UG in view of the
COVID-19 pandemic for Academic Session 2020-21
1. The question paper of the respective subject shall also be sent to colleges 30 minutes before the
commencement time of the examination through online ex: UUeMS online login, College email, of
Principal or Examination in Charge or in worst situation by Whatsapp.
2. University will provide the question online through UUeMS portal (www.uuems.in) before 5 minutes of
commencement time of the examination. Those students can download the question paper directly
from above portal by log in their Roll No. and Date of Birth.
3. All colleges are required to download the question and distributes the question to their department

 heads or respective subject’s teachers/mentors for offline candidates
4. All the concern department heads or subject teachers of the college are requested to make students
WhatsApp group and keep their students email id / WhatsApp no/mobile no to circulate the question
paper.
5. The time duration of the examination is two hours or as specified in the question paper for both
practical paper and non-practical paper.
6. Student has to write the answer in A4 size plain paper. At the beginning of writing the answer. Student
must mention his/her name, University Redg. No/Exam Roll No, subject, paper name on top of each
additional page. Student must mention his/her University Redg. No/ Exam Roll No and must put page
Sl. No. in the bottom of each page. (Black Ball Point Pen is to be used)
7. After completion of the examination time, student has to serially take photograph of all answer pages
or scan as PDF file and send the same to the respective college teacher or department head by
uploading in Google Form / whatsApp / email within 30 minutes of completion of the examination.
8. After getting all answer copy from students, college will make online attendance and memo as per
previous practices. This time portal will provide 1 day extra time to make previous day online memo
and attendance through UUeMS portal.
9. If a student is unable to send the answer sheet by above means for any technical or other reasons,
he/she can send the answer sheets by Speed Post to his/her college address, but university or colleges
shall not be responsible for any misplacement or delay of the delivery of the post. In this case students
are request to keep a backup photo copy of his/her answer copy with him.
10. The students should remain in contact with their college department heads and teachers. Besides using
the official email and SMS services, messaging apps like WhatsApp may also be adopted by the concern
college department for sending important information to the students as per requirement.
11. Colleges / department heads or teachers during exam can monitor examinees through google meet or
zoom ect. during entire exam.
12. If no online option available to student he/she can go to any nearest colleges under affiliation to Utkal
University for exam. (For centres not affiliated to Utkal University, the examinee has to submit a
written application before examination)
