Now you have to place the screwdriver in the
hole you see in the figure below. Here you can

adjust the voltage range of the Power supply unit
by rotating the screwdriver to left or right.
Adjust the voltage of the Power supply unit
2.3 to 27 V and control the setting with a
Measuring device (Multimeter).
Gear motor: The gear motor is factory lubricated
3 for the life of the gear motor and no further
lubrication is
Slide surface: The slide surface (on lower plate)

should be lubricated with silicon spray.
Gear motor: The gear motor is during its lifetime
maintenance free. But for safety operation of the

system, the motor should be changed every
150.000 transactions of this device.
V-belt adjustment: To check the correct
4.1 adjustment of the gear motor / V-belt you have to
block the S-bend
Gaskets: Open the front cover door and visually
check the operation of the gasket. During a
4.2
transaction check the diverter by hand, whether
the diverter gaskets are airtight.
S-Bend position: The correct position of the S-
4.3 bend (3 positions) is very important for the
lifetime of the car- riers and of the diverter!
4.4 Check of the S-bend positions:
Electrical check: For checking the gear motor,
5 reed switches, tube switch and circuit board also
look at diverter F3W
