Terms and Conditions:

 All Prices quoted are in Indian Rupees.
 Warranty support will normally include telephonic support from 0900 hrs to 1800 hrs from Monday to
Friday.
 Telephonic support will be provided from 0900 hrs to 2100 hrs from Monday to Sunday in case of
emergency.
 A warranty of 12 months (1 year) on the manufacturing defect or any issue with the functioning of the
VTS Device and Fuel Sensor will be covered under the quoted price from the date of purchase.
 Customer will need to subscribe for AMC after completion of the 12 months of warranty period to be able
to obtain continued support. AMC on hardware will be 20% after 12 months from the date of purchase.
 The software and services will attract taxes and levies as applicable including GST.
 Customer will be responsible for any theft, loss of device and that shall not be a reason to hold back any
due payments.
 For any loss, theft, damage, or tampering of device, replacement cost of Device will need to be paid at
applicable rates at that point in time.
 Payments towards hosting charges needs to be made 30 days before the expiry of the hosting period to
avail continuous service at the applicable rates plus taxes as applicable.
 In case there is a gap in the period of charges paid for hosting, on renewal the hosting charges will be
calculated from the date of expiry of the hosting charges paid previously and the customer will need to
pay the charges for the period of discontinuation as well with applicable charges.
 After receipt of Purchase Order with 100% payment, the Purchase Order will be processed and the
dispatch schedule will be discussed with the Customer.
 We need 15 working days to process the P.O. and dispatch the material.
 Dispatch would be done after discussion with customer based on the mutual convenience.
 All disputes arising out of the invoice are subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction (India) only.

Delivery:

Delivery will be scheduled in consultation with the customer after Purchase Order is received and 100% advance
is credited in the account of Binary Semantics Limited.
