amazing atmosphere. So, my name Is Alfian dedi saputra. In this Opportunity I would like to
present to you about SOME activities that has been done in this semester with the subject
speaking for workplace communication. So what aspects that I would like to elaborate? Let’s get
down the presentation

First Communication, IN this chapter I learn about getting better in communication, knowing what
is communication is and what’s aspects are in it, I learn about what we mean to say, actually say
what otheS person hears, thinks, say and what we think other person say

SIJR MODEL, AFTER WE LEARN ABOUT COMMUNICATION, WE ALSO FOCUSING IN FUNDAMENTAL


ASPECTS IN COMMUNICATION WHICH IS SPEAKING, BUT WE’RE NOT ONLY LEARN ABOUT HOW TO
SPEAK WE LEARN ABOUT HOW THE WAY WE SAYS EVERYTHING JUST RIGHT BY APPLYING SIJR
MODEL.

WHAT WE SHOULD CONSIDER FOR APLLYING SIJR MODEL?

THE 3C’S

First is CHANGE: IS ABOUT OURSELVES HOW WE SEE OTHERS AND THE WAY HOW WE RESPOND IT,
WE’RE PROBABLY NEED TO PUT OURSELVES IN THE PLACE OF OTHER PEOPLE SO THAT WE KNOW
HOW DOES LIFE FEEL IN THAT PERSON’S SHOES.

THE NEXT IS COMPASSION: THIS PART IS FOR THE OTHER PERSON, YES, IT IS THE WAY FOR BEING
ABLE TO SAY WHAT YOU THINK AND FEEL WITH OUT STEPPING ON OTHER PEOPLE’S FEET.

THE LAST ONE IS CURIOSITY: IN THIS PART, EVERYTHING IN COMMUNICATION OR THE WAY YOU
EXPRESS WHAT YOU SAYING IS SHOULD HAVE A IMPLEMENTATION ABOUT EVERYTHING IN
ORDER TO BUILD THE CURIOSNESS IN COMMUNICATION SO THAT THE COMMUNICATION WILL BE
MORE BROADER.

AFTER I LEARN ABOUT THE 3C’S, IN SIJR MODEL THERE IS ALSO PART OF DECISION IN DECISION
WE’RE FOCUSING IN 3 POIN, THERE ARE COSTS (HOW WE DEFINE THE RISK) LIMITS (THE WAY
HOW WE SET THE LIMITS) AND THE LAST ONE POWER (HOW WE SEE AND DEFINE WHO HAS MORE
OR LESS POWER SOURCES IN THE SITUATION OR COMMUINACTION.

IN APPLYING SIJR, WE’RE ALSO TAKE AN ACTION ON HOW TO IMPLEMENT THE SIJR IT SELF IN
CONVERSATION. a talk between two or more people, in which news and ideas are
exchanged

SO WHATS ASPECT THAT WE’RE GOING TO FOCUS ON?

SPECIFY THE PROBLEM, WE NEED TO SPECIFIY IT IN CONVERSATION AFTER WE KNOWWHAT IS THE


PROBLEM IS WE STATRTED TO INVITE YES IT MEANS THAT WE’RE INVITED OTHERS TO TALK

AFTER WE KNOW WHAT IS THE MATTERS.WE’RE TAKING ATITITUDE TO THE


CONVERSATION THAT IS ONGOING BY JOINING FEELINGWITH FACTS, ONCE
EVERYTHING LOOKS UP, WE CAN STATRTED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES IN
CONVERSATION.
IF LEARN ABOUT CONVERSATION I ALSO NEED TO LEARN ABOUT THE
PERSONALITY THAT OTHER PERSON HAVE FOR BEING ABLE TO TALK TO ME. SO
HERE I LEARN ABOUT PERSONALITY TYPE THERE BEST PERSONALITY FIRST IS
BOLD, EXPRESIVE, SYMPHATETHIC AND TECHNICAL.
LETS CHARACTERIZE ONE BY ONE
FIRST,BOLD:  tend to be exciting, energetic, and bold in their behavior.  PEOPLE
WITH BOLD PERSONALITY TYPE ARE MORE CONFIDENCE IN ANY ACCASION HE
CAN BE A LEADER OR TREND CENTER.
SECOND IS EXPRESIVE: THIS PERSONALITY is MORE engaging, accommodating,
supportive of others, persuasive, socially adept, and relationship- rather than task-
oriented.
THIRD IS SYMPHATETHICS: THIS PERSONALITY TYPE ARE MORE showing concern
for someone when something bad happens to them.

THE LAST ONE IS TECHNICAL:  IT’S TIPICALLY A PERSON OR OBJECT'S GENIUS,


PRECISION, AND EFFICIENCY. OBJECTIVE TRUTH LOGICAL REASONING.
CONSISTENCY IN THE IDEAS PRESENTED, WITHOUT EXCESSIVE ENTHUSIASM.

STICKY SITUATION A sticky situation IS THE SITUATRION THAT involves problems


or is embarrassing.

 crunch.
 dilemma.
 pickle.
 predicament.
 quandary.
 difficulty.
 nuisance.
