The distribution of learning materials to 6 students of Barangay Luban on October 5, 2020. Three were
distributed at the barangay Covered Court and 3 were handed to them through house to house.

Sixteen (16) students of Barangay Cabuaya attended the

distribution of learning materials on October 5, 2020 at the
barangay Mess Hall together with the LCT Team headed by Ms.
Lilibeth M. Bermoy, Master Teacher I and SHS Focal Person.

RETRIEVAL OF OUTPUTS IN DIFFERENT SETTING

a. Teachers retrieve students’ outputs by going to their barangay or
through house to house especially in barangay Luban and Cabuaya.
If they cannot submit it on the schedule time of retrieval, they will
be the one to submit it in the school, parent or representative.

b. Parents/Students submit their

outputs in the classroom or
designated kiosk at school.
