This document contains a description of the information technology components and technical standards for the target
technology environment.

A description of the information technology components and technical standards of the target technology environment. The
description includes:

 Current technology platforms of systems that interface with the required package, noting any expected changes;

 Target technology platforms of the application package, including options as appropriate. If options are provided, the
relative implications (e.g., cost, reliability, flexibility, risk, ease of use, ease of maintenance) are indicated for each option;

 Technical standards that the package must adhere to; and,

 Technology that is new to the organization, including its current level of maturity, and expected benefits and risks.
