1.CREATIVE ARTS
SUBMISSION BASED:
DESCRIPTION: Theme Based Art Reel Making Event: Participant has to make an Art Ree
based on a theme using any Art related Trends.
TIME: Depends on Registration Period
RULES:
1. This is an individual event.
2. The event will be conducted in one round.
3. Participants are requested to make an Art Ree based on a theme using any Art related
Trends
4. The reel should be of 30 Seconds.
5. A submission link will be provided in the Whatsapp group and will not accept any
responses after the deadline.
6. The video of the Reel and the participant’s picture should be uploaded in the respective
fields of the google form
7. Judging criteria will depend on the ratios, accuracy, creativity, theme and uniqueness.
LIVE EVENTS
MUSIC
Rules:-
1. Time limit for each performance is 3 min.
2. Each participant must have a college ID for verification during Milan registration.
(registration no. should be given for instance if you don't have your id cards).
3. All performances must be in English or any European languages. Usage of any other
language can lead to disqualification.
4. A single accompanist or a karaoke (Instrumental) will be allowed. (You should mention if
you’ll be using karaoke).
5. NO post processing of any sort on vocal tracks shall be allowed. 6. The song selection of
the participants should be mentioned. (i.e. Which song you have selected, original
compositions should also be mentioned).
7. The reliability of internet connection will be the participant’s responsibility.
8. The decision of the judges will be final.

An event to
understand and appreciate music with the use of just one instrument to put
forward soulful renditions.
Rules:-
1. Time limit for each performance is 3 min.
2. Each participant must have a college ID for verification during Milan registration.
(registration no. should be given for instance if you don't have your id cards.)
3. The instruments of all the instrumentalists performing should be visible.
4. No post processing on instruments shall be allowed except for living distortions or any
effects a guitarist might want to add with effects processors (with all the effects processors in
the display).
5. Backing tracks on Instruments shall not be allowed (Except for Drums).
6. Song selection of the participants should be mentioned. (i.e. Which song you have
selected, original compositions should also be mentioned).
7. The reliability of internet connection will be the participant’s responsibility.
8. The decision of the judges will be final.
Rules:-
1. A time limit of 5 min fixed per set, although there is no limit on the number of tracks that
can be used.
2. After the set, judges will score the participants on a scale of 1-10.
3. Top two highest scores will compete in the final round.
4. The top two DJs will have 10 min to impress the judges and the crowd.
5. Final results will be decided based on the judges’ scoring and the crowd’s response.

Description:

show me your talent in our improv event.
Act at the moment, improv competition combines everything you can think of in an improv
competition and more, there will be a lot of different types improv games which I can
guarantee you'll enjoy to the fullest.
You can participate in a team of two.
There will be two rounds:
1) Elimination Round
2) Final Round

Description
SRM MILAN- “BRANDALISING”: AN AD SPOOF COMPETITION
Participants have to make an advertisement on the product given and they will be judged
based on creativity, humour and marketing policy in their way.
RULES:
1. This is a group event and will consist of only 1 Round i.e. Video submission Round
(the product would be intimated to the participants 2 days before the event).
2. Time limit: Shall be a 4 to 5 minutes video.
3. No of Participants:2 to 4
4. In case of violation of the time limit, participants will be penalized by the judges.
5. No participant can point out any individual or religion in any way.
6. Any dual meaning obscene content or vulgarity is strictly not allowed in both rounds.
7. The decision of the judges and the coordinators shall be final and binding in all cases.
8. No foul language allowed.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
How to perform:
VALORANT
a. Tournament fixtures:
The teams will be divided into 4 groups of 4 teams each, the making of these
groups is done randomly on an online group generator. The teams will be
given their match timing at least 1 hour prior to their respective matches, and
an extra time of 10 minutes shall be given for all the team members to join, if
failed to do so the opponent shall be given the win.
b. Game mode:
The matches will be held in a custom lobby’s tournament mode, all rules there
shall be followed i.e. first to 13 rounds win, 12 round half and first to have a
lead of 2 in overtime wins.
c. Spectator:
All the matches will be spectated by the organizing members, if someone
caught cheating, they will be booked under malpractice xD, no they will be
disqualified at that moment and the opponent would be given the win.
d. Map selection:
The group stage matches are to be a bo1, an virtual toss would be done and the
winner gets to ban a map, following the winner the loser team then bans a
map, now the winner gets to choose which map among the remaining two is to
be played.
f. Toxicity:
Toxic environment is something that we don’t really support. If a toxic
conversation is noted by the spectators, the team would be given a defeat from
the current match.
g. Player Disconnect:
The matches will be played in tournament mode, so the team has a chance to
pause the timer. The maximum time given to a player's return is 5 minutes, if
the player doesn’t join back in time the match would be continued with a 4v5
or so on scenario.
COUNTER STRIKE: GLOBAL OFFENSIVE
1. The game must be Steam activated. Cracked games are not allowed.
2. Each team must have 5 players , the list must be submitted with full details
before the match.
3. The fixtures will be pre decided and will not be changed.
4. Maps:
The map pool will always be the Active Duty map pool and therefore might be
update before each tournament:
a. de_dust2
b. de_nuke
c. de_vertigo
d. de_train
e. de_mirage
f. de_inferno
g. de_overpass
5. If a player drops the server will be paused at the end of the current round and
round will be restarted.
6. Map will be selected by the winner of the toss and the losing team of the toss
will select the sides(CT or T)
7. The game will be set to the default rules of a competitive match.
8. 30 rounds and 2 mins for each round
9. 5 mins will be provided for warm up before the match.
10. The starting amount will be 800$
11. Cheating will result in direct disqualification of the team.
12. Abusing or violence will not be tolerated.
13. Disrespect towards any player or admin will also result in direct
disqualification.
14. The decision of the admins will be final.
Note:
● Only the active duty maps may be selected by the teams. Warmup time of 5
minutes will be provided.
● The team that doesn’t connect to the server at the given time will be
disqualified.
● Any player found cheating would be kicked from the server along with his
team.
GENERAL RULES
1. All players must use the mobile device platform.
2. Emulators, controllers, mouse, keyboard, etc. are not allowed.
3. All cheats and hacks are strictly forbidden.
4. Exploiting glitches and bug abuse is not allowed.
5. Players must be on the roster with the registered UID.
6. Account sharing is not allowed

1. Players are prohibited from using emotes at any point during a game.
General Rules
1. All matches must be played in their entirety unless both teams agree to
postpone or cancel the match.
2. Randomized maps MUST be used. Verbal agreements will not receive staff
support.
3. A "Lag Test" is not required unless the non-hosting team requests one be
completed. This is a test round that doesn't count and uses the standard game
settings that will be used during the match. For the lag test, a map that is not
scheduled for play must be used. If the game lags during this test, a new host
must be chosen. If both teams cannot agree on an acceptable host, a ticket
must be submitted by both teams to cancel the match.
4. Teams may not delay the match for more than 5 minutes between each
round/map. A round is defined as a stopping point during the match when
match settings may be altered, and/or players may switch sides or change
equipment.
5. Hosting Rules:
The higher ranked team on the ladder will host the first map. The lower ranked
team will host the second map. Hosting will alternate between both teams until
the final map in which the team with the most combined round wins from all
prior maps will host the final map. In the event of both teams being unranked,
the team with the Team ID closest to 1 will serve as the higher ranked team. In
the event of combined tied rounds, the team who is closest to #1 on the ladder
will host the final map. The team that is not hosting gets to choose which side
to start on.
6. Disconnection Clarification:
The preparation phase is included in the first 30 seconds of the game.
7. Exploit Clarification:
Using Castle Armor Panel with Deployable Shield is a loss of that round for
the Defenders.
8. New Operators:
The New Operators are allowed for use at this time.
9. Defence Locations:
In the event, a game has to be ended and restarted, a team may not choose the
same Defend point on their next defence attempt if they successfully defended
it. For example, if a team successfully defends Master Bedroom on House and
the game has to be restarted, that team may not choose that location on their
next defence attempt. Violation will result in the loss of that round.

EventName: SandSculpt
Event Description:A sand art making competition in which the participants will have to
showcase their sand sculpting skills to prepare an
Art/sculpture pertaining to the themes chosen. The contestants can do the sculpting indoors
as the sculptures are expected to be small in size or it can be
done outdoors, depending on the choice of participant.
Theme:
1) Astrophilia (Sculptures related to space and celestial bodies)
2)Social( Sculptures to call out on any social issue and raise awareness)
3)Women empowerment( Sculptures to raise awareness on empowering women and
showcasing the immense role women play in shaping our society)
Rules
Maximum time allowed per contestant will be 90 mins.
Along with sand, contestant is free to use any art material of his/her choice to
improve his sculpture further.
The contestant’s camera should be on throughout the duration of the event.
There is no boundation on the size of the sculpture that a contestant can create.
Scores will be awarded based on the contestant’s creativity, final sculpture and
adherence to theme.
A participant will be allowed to make 1 or 2 sculptures based on his choice but the
combined time limit should not exceed 90 minutes.
The judge’s decision will be final and adhered to under all the circumstances.
Fashion: -
ROUND 1
1. All participants must submit their performing video to the given link ( participants can
add their choice of appropriate music )
2. Participants are requested to submit their video within the dates mentioned.
ROUND 2
1. All participants should log in 10 to 15 mins prior from the time allotted.
2. Each participant will be given 3 mins to perform and for question and answer round.
3. Participants are asked to stay in good network coverage area and coordinators will not
take any responsibility for any network issues.
4. Music must be played by the participants if needed and it has to be appropriate.
5. Participants should dress abiding the rules and regulations of SRM. Boys are not allowed
to perform in bare body and for girls, dress should be below or knee length, no deep necks.
6. Judges decision will be final.
7. Participants should participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the
competition. If any participant over rules they'll be eliminated.

Team Event – Team of 3
Points of Information
1. Between the second and fifth minute of a speaker's substantive speech, members of
the other team may offer Points of Information.
2. No Points of Information can be offered during the reply speeches.
3. Points of Information need not be addressed through the person chairing the debate,
and may be in the form of a question/statement.
4. A Point of Information should be briefly worded.
5. The speaker has the absolute right to refuse to accept a point of information, or to
accept it only at the end of the next sentence.
6. A speaker must accept at least 1 point of information in his or her speech.
7. The response by the speaker to a point of information will be included in the mark for
that speaker's speech.
General Instructions
1. The topics for the finals will be given 15 minutes prior to the debate.
2. Vulgarity of any form will not be entertained and will lead to immediate
disqualification.
3. The finals shall be knockout rounds.
4. The judges’ decision will be final and binding.
