    Incomplete dominance is when one allele is not fully expressed in the phenotype and codominance is when both alleles are fully expressed together in the phenotype. For chicken feather color: black chickens are BB, white chickens are WW, and erminette chickens which have both black and white feathers are BW. If two erminette chickens (BW) are crossed, there is a 50% probability of an erminette chicken and a 50% probability of either a black or white chicken. If a black chicken (BB) and a white chicken (WW) are crossed, there is a 100% probability of erminette chickens (BW).
