3. Mock Week (Delivery of Digital SLKs through ManyChat)

a. Objectives
- aims to show how the delivery of digital SLKs through ManyChat would work without providing hard
copies
- identifies students who can access and prefer the use of digital SLKs through ManyChat
b. Timeline
- May 5, 2021 (Wednesday)– DigiTeam Meeting/Orientation (Uploading SLKs)
- May 6, 2021 (Thursday) – Faculty Meeting (ManyChat Sustainability)
- May 10, 2021 (Monday) – Distribution of Infographics (the infographic shall contain the details of the mock
week and the feedback mechanism; to be drafted by Mr. John Mark P. Sandoy)
- May 17-21, 2021 – Mock Week (Instead of actual SLKs, puzzles and other activity sheets shall be
used/uploaded)
- May 24, 2021 – Consolidation (Students who prefer the use of SLK digital copies vs SLK hard copies
following the mock week); Fourth Quarter Week 1 SLK Distribution (Hard Copies)
- May 31, 2021 – Pilot Testing: Fourth Quarter Week 2 SLK Distribution (only those who don’t prefer the
SLK digital copies through ManyChat shall be given hard copies of the SLKs)
