AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE CAR

This Vehicle Sale Agreement is made and executed on this the 02 nd day of July,
2021, at Hyderabad, by and between:
Mrs. AMALA GERENDLA W/o. Narayana Kanugula, Aged about 31
years, Occupation: Business, Resident of H.No.10-262/4, Plot No.11,
Ranghavendra Nagar, Besides Towers Apartment, Jillelaguda, Karmangaht,
Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State. 500079. (Aadhaar No.6490 0694
9217)
(Hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY which term shall mean and include
all his legal heirs, representatives, assignees, executors, nominees, etc)
AND
Mr. BAADE MADHUSUDAN, S/o. Baade Pichaiah, Aged about 39 years,
Occupation : Police Inspector, Resident of H.No.3-12-92/376,377/301, Sai
Kuteer Apartment, Road No.4, 4th Cross, Rock Town Colony, Mansoorabad,
Hayathnagar, Bandlaguda, K.V Rangareddy, Telangana State. 500068.

(Hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY which term shall mean and
include all his legal heirs, representatives, assignees, executors, nominees, etc)

WHEREAS, the First party is the owner of MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE VDI,
bearing T.R. No.TS07FR1420, Model: 2017, Engine No. D13A3032466, Chassis
No. MA3CZF03SHD100725, and Magma grey Color. (Note: the Said Vehicle still
running with TR Number)

WHEREAS the First party due to financial necessities has offered to sell the
said MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE VDI, car to the Second party for a sale price of
Rs.4,90,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Ninety Thousand Only) and the Second party
has given his consent to purchase the same for the said sale price under the
following terms and conditions:
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER:-

1. That in pursuance of offer and acceptance, the Second party has this day
paid a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) in cash, out of
total sale price Rs. 4,90,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only)
and further a balance of Rs.4,50,000/- (Rs Four Lakhs Fifty thousand
only) shall be paid at the time of Registration of said vehicle in the name of
Second party at the O/o. RTO concerned.
2. That, First party shall delivered the possession of the car to the Second
Party along with other relevant document at the time of Registration.
3. That on receipt of the balance sum of Rs.4,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs
Fifty Thousand only) the First party shall hand over the possession of the
car, and all the original documents pertaining to the said car such as, Transfer
Form duly signed, etc.
4. That the First party shall cooperate with the Second party in all respects
for the transfer of the vehicle in his name i.e. second party and further
perfecting the title over the said car by appearing before any other authority
without raising any objection or demanding further sums.
5. That the First party hereby declares that the said car is so far not involved
in any case or cases and even if any arises in future the First party shall alone
be held responsible and liable for the same even if any traffic challans are
found to be unpaid till date, the First Party shall bound to pay the same.
6. That, until the date of Registration and handover the possession of the said
Vehicle the first party is the sole responsibility over the said vehicle (for any
accident, challan, penalty, charges, claim etc.
7. That after Registration of the Vehicle Second party is at liberty to use the
said car for his sole use either for commercial or for personal purpose.

IN WITNESSES WHEREOF both the parties have put their respective

signatures on this Agreement Sale of Car with their free will and consent without
any force or coercion or undue influence after the above contents were read out and
explained to them in their vernacular language, on the date, month and year first
above mentioned at Hyderabad, in presence of the following witnesses:-
