Agreement of contact between IOV REGISTERED VALUERS FOUNDATION (IOV RVF) having its address at Plot. No.3, II

(Visiting Faculty) R/O________________________________ signed on___________ for conducting Mandatory
Education Program (50hr)

1. Description of IOV REGISTERED VALUERS FOUNDATION (IOV RVF) intend to establish, promote & maintain
IOVRVF high ethical and professional standards of practice and professional conduct of all its
registered valuers, and shall prevent fraudulent behavior and malfeasance in their conduct
and safeguard the rights, interests and independence of its Registered Valuers in all matters
affecting the profession. IOV RVF shall enroll, register, educate, train, promote, develop and
regulate Registered Valuers as per the IBBI Rules and shall ensure continuous professional
development of the Registered Valuers.
2. Deliverables: The Visiting Faculty is expected to handle the following tasks:
1). Cover the relevant topics as per the syllabus issued by IBBI in terms of class
room teaching
2). To share relevant study materials envisaged by the faculty prior to the session so that it
can be printed as per syllabus of IBBI.
3). Each faculty must distribute objective type list of questions & answers – there
should be at least 10 questions [can be more] for 1% weight assigned to the
topic in the IBBI approved syllabus.
4) While preparing the above said question bank, the faculty should make use of the
Model Question Papers given by IBBI on each asset class
5) Each faculty is expected to share 10-15 MCQ’s with students6) Your services may be
required on Pan India basis on your convenience. During this period all the travelling,
lodging and boarding will be borne by IOV RVF
3. Fee/ Remuneration
Flat rate of ______________INR per hour.
4. Payment The Visiting Faculty will conform to all IOV RVF and government financial and
accounting regulations. The payment is subject to deduction of TDS as per the
prevailing rate. Payment will be released within two weeks on completion of training
program.
5. Additional Suggestions made in the study material and MCQ’s submitted by Visiting Faculty
agreements will be reviewed and alteration if any, is carried out by Faculty, shall be done so by
Visiting Faculty without any charges/fees.
6. Timeframes The consultancy will commence on __________ and is valid for the period of
1 Year subject to review. The extension of contract will be done on mutually
agreed basis.
7. Course Material & Presentations, MCQ’s prepared using IOVRVF study material, shall remain the
MCQ property of IOVRVF.

8. Confidentiality
All information pertaining to the business, affairs, operations and employees of the
IOV RVF, shall be deemed to be secret and confidential, and shall be maintained as
such by you during this appointment and after its termination. This confidentiality
includes aspects of this agreement, particular remuneration, vis-à-vis other staff
members and Visiting Faculty of the IOV RVF.

9. Arbitration Any dispute arising out of this contract may be solved by mutual understanding, if not , by
the provisions of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and its amendments. The
Chairman of the IOV RVF shall be the sole arbitrator and the place of arbitration shall be
location of Head Quarter of IOV RVF.

10. Entire Contract
11. Binding
This Contract constitutes the entire Contract between the parties and supersedes
any and all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, warranties or
representations by or between the parties in connection with the subject matter of
this Contract.
The terms of this Contract shall be deemed to take effect on_________. This
Contract is binding and shall remain binding for all legal heirs, successors and assigns
of the Visiting Faculty and IOV RVF.
