Job Summary:

The position is responsible in selling automobiles by understanding and demonstrating features,


functions and benefits of a car; developing and qualifying customers; closing sales.

KEY RESULTS AREAS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales 1. Understands and familiarizes automobiles by studying the functions, features


and benefits of the competitor by identifying the selling points and features
of each car.
2. Develops sales by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting
trade-ins if necessary, meeting qualified different marketing activities,
meeting and greeting walk-in customers, responding to inquiries and
recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
3. Qualifies customers by understanding customer’s needs and interest,
matching these needs and interest to various available models and variants.
4. Demonstrates automobiles (vehicle walk around) by explaining the selling
features, functions and benefits of each feature.
5. Facilitates and arranges test drive with customer. Prepare the test drive unit
ahead of the test drive schedule with the assistance of the PDI personnel.
6. Prepares sales quotation of the vehicle chosen by the customer, explains this
computation to the customer and closes sales by overcoming objections.
7. Identifies customers preferable mode of payment enters through cash
transaction purchase order or bank financing and offers option to the
customer.
8. Assist the PDI personnel in the preparation of the unit for releasing. See to it
that all corresponding documents necessary for releasing are complete and
signed by respective signatories.
9. Manages hand-over of the purchased vehicle to the customer. Demonstrates
and explain all the features of the vehicle including the maintenance needed
of the vehicle.
10. Explains to the customer the warranty and insurance coverage of the
purchased unit including the necessary documents needed in claiming such.
11. Participates in all marketing activities initiated by the dealer. Maintains
availability of records such as customer inquiry sheet for the ease of
monitoring the sales generated from different marketing efforts.

12. Provide sales management information by completing reports.
 Must update the Google Sheets daily
 List should be entered within 4 hours of assignment (FB
Online, Office)
 New leads (Own initiative), Phone and Walk-ins should be
entered in the sheets before 3:00pm. Must have a new leads
entry daily.
 Must follow-up leads according to the timeline
 First Contact (Online/Digital Inquiry) – Within 2 hours from
receipt of email notification during business hours (8:30am-
6:00pm), beyond business hours within the first 2 hours of the
following day.
 Update 1 and 2, etc. should have dates and be updated 24
hours. Indicate a no reply with date on the follow up.
 Follow up pattern (All channels):
 Cold Leads – 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months
 Warm/Hot Leads – Every 2 days
Note: All required daily reports/updates/accomplishments, should be entered
and submitted before 3:00pm to the Sales Manager.
13. Updates job knowledge by participating in trainings, seminars and reading
professional publications.
14. Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing
new and different request, exploring opportunities to add value to job
accomplishments.

1. Handle and manage Corporate Social Media accounts. And website


respond to inquiries and monitor feedbacks, comments from clients.
2. Generate digital media that increases brand loyalty, producing press
releases, to enhance organization’s image, improve digital
communication with clients and encourage business growth through
effective digital campaigns.
3. Connect easily to all clients and manage all generated leads to be
reported to the Sales Manager.
Marketing 4. Monitor website analytics and suggest site improvements to recommend
to Management across all brands.
5. Editing marketing materials.
6. Develop and source content for digital platforms.
7. Prepares and send weekly sales funnel report to the ANG and Global Star
Motors Management as needed.
8. Assists in the presentation of necessities for events.
9. Assists in the preparation of necessary documents, permits needed for
display before ingress.

Job Requirements:
Educational Requirement Must be a graduate of any 4 year course

Must have at least two (2) years’ experience of the same job in an
