II. Course Title : Entrepreneurial Behavior

IV. Pre-requisite : None
V. Course Description : This course enumerates and identifies entrepreneurial traits,
behaviours, and competencies. During the course, the students will be
able to perform self-assessment to determine their level of
predisposition to become entrepreneurs. This course will also include
personal entrepreneurial competencies, management styles, business
ethics, responsibilities and duties of entrepreneur.

VI. Course Outcomes


At the end of the course, the students will be able to:
1.Identify the fundamentals and responsibilities of entrepreneurship by knowing
entrepreneurship in the Philippine context with ASEAN and Global perspectives.
2.Exemplify one’s capabilities in relation to the rigors of successful ventures by recognizing
entrepreneurial characteristics and competencies.
3.Develop an entrepreneurial mindset and competencies by realizing the positive outcomes
of possessing them.
4.Seek self-employment than to be employed through motivation.
5.Evaluate why businesses should be ethical by knowing some ethical problems occurred in
some businesses and its impact.
6.Adopt the process of decision making by illustrating the schema of the decision process in a
venture.
7.Develop leadership skills by understanding the role and function of leadership and
management.
