My decision to follow finance as my career started when I chose commerce background for

higher studies. Right after that I pursued Business Administration which helped me to unlock
various abilities. A strong desire in me guided me towards the pathway for pursuing MBA
(Finance) which helped to inculcate a basket full of values and skills into my personality. I
believe that my educational background has instilled in me the qualities required to meet the
standards of this challenging world. Being honest is the most precious value which I strong
believe in. I bring along with me a strong positive approach, capabilities of getting mixed into
any task or environment along with a thirst for learning and a zest for challenges.

Currently till date, I got the chance to indulge in 2 internships during my academics. The first
internship where I worked as a sales executive was at Imperial Finsol, Nagpur. It is a wealth
management firm and I was admitted to a team of Interns where we were assigned to sell the
product which is mutual funds. Collectively in the team we built a plan to sell funds in a unique
way. We started the procedure by seeking permissions to conduct short seminars from
government offices like BSNL, PWD and many other offices. Our main target there was to
educate them about investing in funds and then from there we converted them from our listeners
to our customers. During the span of 45 days, I successfully along with my team convinced 6
government professionals to invest in funds. The second internship which I completed last year
was in Sai financial and BPO Solutions, Nagpur. I worked as a recovery agent there within a
team with the task of recovering Non-performing assets such as credit card debts and automobile
loans. I achieved 7 successful recoveries within 2 months of the internship.

A bit of research about the organization helped me to understand that this is what I am looking
for. My purpose for working with Trust is due to its business environment where they are
working into services like investment banking, capital market services, asset management and
wealth management. I always wanted to pursue a career in the field of finance and Trust group
seems to be an ideal organization.

According to the current condition, I feel and believe to be hired first as a management trainee is
because I know there is still many platforms to climb and I am at the initial stage and the position
like this will help me to kick start my career. This position will help me to understand and learn
more about the finance sector. Being a fresher I am ready to be molded and I find opportunity
offered by Trust an excellent source of growth and learning. The position will help me to gain
industrial standards and step by step growth.

I am keenly waiting for the day when I will enter the corporate world through an organized firm
dealing with financial activities.
