Remove any clutter in work area. Practice good
housekeeping prior to starting any work. Clean up
spills and remove any combustible or flammable
materials. Note location of nearest fire extinguisher/s
and fire blanket/s.
Do not get engine oil, grease on your skin or clothing -
remove clothing and wash skin immediately. Practice
good housekeeping, clean up any spills. Follow
government guidelines for the recycling of waste oil,
