NOTICE
TIMELY PAYMENT DUES

All owners / residents are to note that maintenance charges for the period need to paid, during the
same period preferably before last date. For example due amount for the period for July-2020 to
September-2020 need to be cleared by 20 th December 2020 to avoid late charges.

It is seen that members are not paying the maintenance charges in time. Late fee will imply after
paying the maintenance after the due date.

Members are again advised to pay the maintenance dues by end of the month December-20.
However this Quarter late charges for the period from October-2020 to December-2020 will not
taken if paid on or before 31st December 2020.

All are required to pay the dues accordingly.
