INTRODUCTION

In recent years, entrepreneurship has become one of the best ways for people to
generate income and create their companies, thanks to its approach different from
the conventional one, oriented towards creativity and innovations, in addition to
playing an important role in the economic and social development of a country
creating employment opportunities, business recognition, incursion of new markets
to satisfy the needs of consumers. However, before starting a new company or
business idea, it is essential to develop activities that show that it will have the
expected success and that the entrepreneur will not fail; One of these activities,
and perhaps the most important, is to carry out a business plan, with which
relevant information related to the market, supply, demand, as well as the
competition that exists is collected.
PRODUCT

Our product has all kinds of underwear such as high-rise thongs, lingerie,
Cacheteros, bras, control trusses, threads, female boxers, full trusses, bikini, Made
of 100% cotton for large and small sizes. Our company was created in Family and
little by little we want to be recognized in the market.
DESIGN

Previous studies show that the quality and design of underwear are attributes
highly valued by consumers. The definition of these attributes, obtained through
focus groups, indicates that:

Quality: it is the conjunction of visible characteristics of the product –finishing,


confection, finishing, perception to the touch– and attributes based on the past
shopping experience –proprietary or the reference of third parties–.

The design: It is mainly linked to the details that the clothing has to the buyers.

The brand: From the literature, it is an indicator of the value of the product or
company, and its degree of influence on the purchase decision depends on the
familiarity, appreciation, trust and respect that the buyer has for it. It has the
characteristic of reducing the perception of risk when buying a new product, given
the previous experience that the consumer has had with said brand.

Packaging: it is the container for a product, designed and produced to protect and
preserve it adequately during its transport, storage and marketing process. It
serves as an element to promote and differentiate the product or brand.

The label: the label is an important part of the product, it must be visible on the
packaging or attached to the product; Its main purpose is to provide the customer
with information that allows him to identify the product by its name, brand and
design; and indications on its use and conservation, precautions and other data of
interest

In this case, LILI PINK is a product that is already positioned in the market and that
also aims to be a leader in sales at a national and international level, it is for this
reason that it is not feasible to carry out a modification as drastic as a name
change. since this would cause the customer's perception to be lost and they may
come to think that the product left the market being the same, customers prefer to
continue with their customs.

PACKAGING OR CONTAINER

Our packaging sketch model is aimed at people with quality care and protection of
the product when buying it or taking it from one place to another.
It is constituted by the wrapping or protection that accompanies a product, but at
the same time it is part of its characteristics and meets several objectives:

1st Protection: From its manufacture to its sale.

2 ° Comfort: It must facilitate the division, the purchase, the transport and
theStorage by the buyer.

3rd Promotion: A good design with an attractive shape and colors that differs
fromCompetitors, will be identified by consumers and improve the sale.

4 | Communication: Both on the packaging and on the label, the producer can
summarize the characteristics and benefits of his product, its best way of use and
conservation, its different uses that increase its demand and the benefits of its
consumption. You must communicate that you receive a higher value for your
money.
