 UNDERTAKING

In consideration of the loan granted to me by Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank, Inc.or “CLRB” amounting to
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY 150,000.00 I/we, of legal age, Filipino and a
resident of the Philippines, hereby agree to deduct the applicable periodic amortizations from my salary every 13th and
28th of the month, even if the foregoing deductions will reduce my net pay to an amount lesser than 40% of my salary for a
certain cut-off period.
Anent thereof, I/we authorize my/our Payroll Master under the PJL Group of Companies to effect the aforesaid
deduction and remit this to CLRB every pay day until such time the loan is fully paid.
In the event of missed payments/delinquencies of the said loan during the course of my employment under the
PJL Group of Companies, I/we agree for CLRB to do an on- top deduction/deduction against my regular salary or
bonuses such as Guaranteed Bonuses, 13th Month, Performance Bonus, and other company fixed and variable pay outs
on top of my salary in order to make the loan current. I/we authorize my/our Payroll Master to deduct and remit such upon
instructions of CLRB.
Also, if applicable to me/us, I/we hereby wilfully accept, agree and authorize my/our Payroll Master to deduct the
applicable amortizations equivalent to four (4) pay periods or two (2) months from my maternity benefit that will be given
to me in advance by the company.

accumulated leave benefits appertaining, for the payment of this loan and/or as reimbursement to the payments already
made by my Co-Maker on this loan. As such, I/we fully understand that I/we will only receive whatever excess there may
be after satisfying my payment obligation towards this loan.
