Lama Fera Healing I Master Healer Jose Jens 070625
Foreword by Jens
Having taken part in two weekend classes by the Tibetan tulku (a lama
who has reincarnated as lama several times) Lakha Rimpoche, who just
calls himself Lakha Lama - see picture, I will explain a bit about Tibetan
healing, before we go to the Lama Fera Healing manual itself.
The word healing does not have one word in Tibetan covering it, but
consists of 3 different, who together covers it. In Tibet the healing
process is normally divided into 3 parts:
Transforming the mantra-power is attracting energies from higher spiritual beings, who you can
visualize as well. This energy you store in your heart. When healing you send this energy from
your heart to the heart of the receiver. The mantra is repeated so many timed, that body, speech
and mind are balanced.
Using the mantra-power or removing the hindrances, you balance the basic energy of the
receiver. In Tibetan healing art that is a balance between the elements:
Earth (Sanskrit - prtvi) - represented by the colour yellow.
Water (Sanskrit - ap) - represented by the colour white.
Fire (Sanskrit - tejah) - represented by the colour red.
Air/vind (Sanskrit - vayu) - represented by the colour green.
Space/spirit (Sanskrit - akasha) - represented by the colour blue.
A disharmonious condition, for instance anger, is fire. Because of the fire the water does not
flow, the earth becomes dry and the air too light. These elements have to be in balance.
This has included the Lama Fera healing system which was released from the Tibetan Buddhist
community in India to an Indian Energy Master in Delhi by a Tibetan Lama who practiced and
taught it. The Lama Fera system was brought subsequently to the United Kingdom by the Indian
Energy Master Rajeev Wagle in September 2001.
The Lama Fera healing system is a very sacred system because it involves the healer connecting
direct with Lord Buddha* and channelling direct the healing energy of Lord Buddha. When he
was physically incarnate on this planet, Lord Buddha was able to develop great healing skills
following his extensive practice of meditation which enabled him to access the knowledge of the
Universal Consciousness.
Although he is no longer in physical incarnation, it is still possible to channel his healing
energies. The repeating of special mantras helps to create sacred space for healing to take place
in and to draw down the energies of Lord Buddha into the healing situation.
* In Tibetan Buddhism there are several Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. When we write "Lord
Buddha" here, we mean the founder of Buddhism, who is also regarded an Ascended Master.
As an Ascended Master he is often called Gautama Buddha, as his name were Siddhartha
Gautama, before the transformed to a Buddha. In Tibet he is normally called "Sakyamuni
Buddha" the sage of the Sakya family.
*By our Lama Fera Healing you do not need all those
tools, but you can make them yourself if you want to.
• Maroon robe - if you want to feel a bit like a
Tibetan monk, then you can of cause wear a
maroon robe, but it has very little to do with
the energy.
• Sketchu Mala - yes I think that you should use
a mala here - but any Tibetan mala will do. It
is useful for all things connected to Tibetan
Buddhism.
• Earth sticks - you can make them yourself -
just ask your Higher Self for guidance.
• Crystal wand - you can just use a Quartz
crystal stick or similar.
4 ”Vakratund” - drawn from throat chakra to root chakra with intention that cleasing all
negative energy collects in navel , which now is working as a laboratory trough the inspiration/-
aspiration method of Dan-Tien or Hara meditation .
The Teacher level contains six more symbols; it allows one to attune others. And it consists of
two attunements, done in a span of six hours.
To receive the Attunement as a Teacher that is the upgrade level in which you awakens Lord
Buddha’s healing power you must meditate with the figure of Buddha & the infinite compassion
of Our Lord .You could choose what Buddha’s drawings or statues you like .
Trough hearth, intent, and concentration you invokes the attunement of the master deep in
yourself, and your teacher is sending you all the twelve symbols :
In the symbols "Alluma, Ameen and Kriyasar", we first draw the above triangle complete,
starting from top, and then draw the inverted triangle from below.
You can use them on yourself like Reiki symbols, and to activate them it is required to practice
them on self for continuous seven days. Either draw a big symbol on yourself completely, or on
either each chakra.
The intention in using these symbols is - " Lord Budha does the healing, we are medium". And
it is for welfare of humanity and healthy society.
In Lama Fera, we normally use a crystal Pencil to draw the symbol, and then hold it pointing to
receiver, as long as we are guided to.
We start with drawing Alluma on third eye and heart chakra followed by Ameen on Third eye,
heart chakra, knees and soles. Then Vakratund from throat to root, with intention that all
negative energy collects on navel. In case some message is to be given use triyambhak. Then use
Nyas ~ 5 minutes to clean that NEGATIVE ENERGY from navel. Then closed with Vakratund by
touching soles, and crown chakra…
Finally bless the receiver with Ayushi.
This is the general procedure, but i have been experimenting with using the symbols as reiki
symbols on people and situation, specially Ameen, Aluma, Nyas, Triyambhak, and Ayushi. Use
them well,
Many blessings
Lama Fera - A powerful Healing Technique
Tibet, as everyone knows, has always been a controversial sector. It became a topic of discussion
after the Indo-china war, The reason being the large amount of people following the Buddha
Dharma (Buddhism), Buddhism, originally belonged to Indian culture but sadly India did not
adopt Buddha culture as much as Sri Lanka, Thailand, China and Japan accepted the same
culture. The Tibetans during the Indo-china war, shifted their base to India in order to retaliate
against the Chinese solder's crudities and to raise their voice. It is because of these Tibetans
settled in India, that Buddha Dharma is still alive for which the entire credit goes to these
Tibetans.
The entire world knows that Lord Gautama Buddha had immense healing powers through
meditations which he used for healing the suffering people and today his disciples or teachers
(Lamas) have invented a many healing techniques and one of the methods is: Lama Fera.
Lama Fera is a natural and very powerful healing technique. This technique has no negative
effects because the tools being used in healings are used from outside the body. These tools have
been given in form of a "kit" as follows >
Earth Sticks
This is a set of wooden sticks bent in a particular direction. With these sticks, the special organs
of the receiver are cut off from the Earth Energy so that the receiver gets energy directly from
the Universe which is necessary t o increase the ailment resistant powers of the receiver. It also
increases the spiritual powers very strongly.
Burning Stick
This is made of Aluminum tube filled with lots of crystal. The healer, with the help of this stick,
draws the Universal Life Force Energy and transforms the negative energy into positive energy
in the body of the receiver.
Sketchu Mala
This 'Mala' is made up of the branches of a special tree found in Tibet. This is also known as
"Bodhi". In the olden days, the sanyasis used to heal the receivers with water taken out of the
'Kamandalu’. This also used to work for removal of illeffects and negative forces. This
'Kamandalu' was made up of the root of this particular tree. Now with the scarcity of these trees,
a " Mala " made up of the branches has replaced the 'Kamandalu’ made of root of the tree. The
special fragrance of this tree also acts as a hindrance to negative forces. With the used of tools to
make this mala, the fragrance gets diminished and therefore some sacred symbols are used
alone or with this to make them more effective.
Maroon Robe
This robe is put on by the healer while healing is given. There are two main reasons to use this
robe. Firstly, it has a mental and psychological effect on the receiver and secondly, the receiver
is protected from the negative forces because as per the 'Shastras’/ maroon colour is considered
very pious. Even gods and Goddesses used to wear clothes containing maroon colour. During
wars, a maroon coloured horse was considered the best and in today's world, during marriages
of any other auspicious occasions, this colour is considered as the ideal one. Apart from maroon,
the healer can also use other colours such as Yellow, White or 'Kesaria' (Orange).
As explained before - in our version you do not need these tools exactly - you can make your
own using guidance from your Higher Self.
Description of Chakras
The ancient saints have mentioned the presence of 7 (seven) chakras around the body of a
human being, which one can now see, with the help of 'Kirlian Photography'. There are basically
7 chakras* namely Root Chakra, Hara, Solar plexus, Heart chakra, Throat chakra, Third eye and
Crown chakra.
* In Tibet they know of the 7 chakras used in India, but they normally work with 5 chakras.
That way it fits into the system with the 5 elemental energies, 5 colours, 5 Buddhas etc. The
Root and Hara chakras are regarded as one chakra and the Third Eye and Crown chakra rae
also regarded as one.
However, the flow of Universal Life Force Energy rests in the top four chakras. We, therefore,
start from the top as we explain below:
7. Crown Chakra__
It is also known as Zero - Chakra. This is indicated as
Cerebral Plexus. Place: This exists above the forehead
and is the center of all the universal powers. Shape:
This is like lotus petals of violet colour.
5. Throat Chakra
This is indicated as Carotid Plexus and lies in the throat
region. This chakra is like a lotus with 16 petals and is
of light blue colour, connected to the Thyroid gland.
This controls throat and lungs.
4. Heart Chakra
This is indicated as Cardiac Plexus and lies in the
center of the chest near the heart. This is illuminated
with orange colour and it's shape is like a lotus flower
with 12 petals. This controls the heart, lungs, liver and
is of green colour.
3. Solar Plexus
2. Hara Chakra
This lies 2" below the navel and is shaped, like
orange coloured lotus flower with 6 petals. This is
connected to the Gonad gland and controls the birth
process.
1. Root Chakra
This is indicated as Pelvic Plexus and is shaped like
blood coloured flower with 4 petals. This is connected
to the Suprarernal gland and controls the kidneys,
bladder and the spinal cord. There exists a small "Yoni
- Mandal" below this chakra. Sushumana (Saraswati)
nadi onginates from the central zone, Pingala
(Yamuna) from the south Ida (Ganga) from the left
zone of the triangle. That is why this is known as
"Mukta Triveni". This is the center point of the
"Kundalini Power”.
Aura or Auric Field
This is also known as the Energy field. The word "Aura" comes from Latin, which means a
continuous flow of energy. As is known, the Aura is like a shield, which in as egg like shape, flow
continuously around the body. Aura field of a normal Human Being spreads from 6 to 8 feet
around the body. In the case of a fully enlightened person, it lies between 8 to 20 feet and in the
case of saints and a spiritually enlightened person, it is spread from 40 to 60 feet to 1 - 2 miles
also .
We can divide the Aura into 2 parts :
1. Outer Aura :
This is spread from 6 to 8 feet around the body.
2. Inner Aura :
This has a spread of 4 to 6 inches. We can work with the
Inner Aura for healing, cleaning and Reiki energy.
It is being made clear here that in Lama - Fera, healings are conducted both on the outer as well
as on the inner levels. Aura energy is of 7 types, which cover the 7, main Chakras and the 7
Astral Bodies .To make your bands sentient or sensitive, rub your finger ends in the center of the
palm one by one from right to left and after that rub both your hands for 21 times so that the
blood circulation increases and then you can sense the Aura of the dead, alive, trees, animals
and so on .Each hand has chakras in the middle of the palm, which are called right hand
chakras, and left hand chakras.
They are spread in 1" radius .Each finger has a minor chakra .When the chakras are activated,
you will feel the heat and tingling sensation in your hands. Now keep both your hands in front of
each other at a distance of 2 feet approximately. Now concentrating at the center of your palms
and at the finger ends, move your hands like you do when combing your hair. You will feel the
sensation. Now your hands are ready to feel the Aura easily.
Aura-Cleaning
In Lama Fera, this process is earned out with help of the Burn Stick using the Symbol “ Nyas ".
• In Practitioner level healing technique, after the receiver has been asked to lie down,
(keeping your hand's fingers open), now close the fists very tightly and open very quickly.
• Now your hands are ready for the Aura operation. Now, after knowing the nature of the
ailment or after identifying the Aura layer, move your fingers like a scissor on the same layer
and take 2 1/2 rounds of the receiver (also apply sucking side by side) After that, leave the
Aura in the air.
• Newlly press the navel three time with the right hand thumb and release It.
• 2 nd– To Scanning of the Aura and partial surgery of the affected person.
While processing the Aura checking, try to scan with the frontal portion of the hands on the
layer connected with the ailment. Cut the blocked portion and suck it and cut paste the Aura of a
relative of the receiver on the spot .
Modern Process
Draw a circular line around the receiver with a Burning Stick. Then the distance between this
line and the receiver is divided into seven equal parts. Now try to judge the affected layer.
Wherever you find the defect, remove the part after cutting and fix the same part of the layer
after taking it out fiom the receiver's relative. After this, moving your fingers like a brush, it is
mixed around the body. Then the first process is repeated (pressing the navel), keeping your
hand on the Heart Chakra where “AYUSHT” was drawn, we pray to lord Buddha.
SHAKTIPAT PROCESS
Put on the maroon robe and Sketchu Mala and keep the Burning Stick (holding it down from the
middle) on the third eye and chant three times –
Have a feeling of prayer to Lord Buddha that -"O Lord Buddha, please take place in my heart
andhelp me in the initiation of (name of the student), through my healing methods, I am only a
medium and you are the highest power;
Sprinkle water from metal jar in the four corners of the room while chanting…
Draw "ALUMA" in the 4 corners of the room with the Burning Slick .
Ask the student to lie down straight and put 2 Earth Sticks below the shoulders and 2 under the
knees.
*Stand near the head of the student while holding the Sketchu Mala in your hand and take 2 1/2
rounds around the student's body keeping a distance of 2 inches. This is known as 'cutting the
negative Aura of the student.'
Try to imagine that Lord Buddha himself has taken seat in the
receiver's heart;
* Draw “AMEEN” on the Third eye, Heart Chakra, both kness and both the soles of the
receiver;
• Now with “VAKRATUND” cross the first “BANDH”' set you encountered by touching
the Crown Chakra both the soles with your right big toe for 30 seconds each.
Greet the Sun ( Namaskar ) and pray to the sun- 'O Father of the universe, O Sun, the one
who leads from darkness to light, kindly fill my whole body with new positive energy by
burning the negative energy. I pledge to serve the whole mankind with all my humility.
Now start healing by evoking all the Gods, Goddesses, Gurus and all universal forces .
OPTIONAL
If the above process is not feasible or possible before the sun, the same can be done in front
of fire or a burning candle.
Deep studies have shown that the Aura level depends on the
placement, speed and awareness of our 7 Chakras. It has 7
layers and 7 colours and the shape is somewhat like this .
AURA FORMATION
Significance of the 7 layers of Aura
1nd Layer-This denotes the speed of the Root Chakra. This is fiill Earth energy and a speed
roadway of heat. It plays a very important role in all ailments. It is situated at a distance of one
feet from the body. It is at a distance of 1 to 4 feet of the receiver's body and 6 to 8 feet away
from body of chronic receiver and that is why that is why the effects of the other layers become
weaker.
2nd Layer-This shows the speed of Hara - Chakra and controls the birth reproductive organs. It
has an important role in female' ailments (problems). This is situated at a distance of 1 feet in
men and we believe, therefore, that they are easily aroused. In women. This layer exists at a
distance of 2 to 6 inches making them lesser aroused.
This spreads up to 1 feet in male ailments whereas this spreads up to 2 to 3 feet in female
ailments. In child birth, it expands unto 12 feet so that the new born is safe and protected under
it's cover. It lasts for 3(J days and after that it comes back to it's original size of 2 to 6 inches. In
menstrual circle of ladies, it expands from 6 to 9 feet and they feel more aroused. This is why
ladies are to worship during this period.
In men, it is related to birth or death whereas in women, long with birth and death, it is also
related to upbringing with mothers' love and affection.
4th Layer-This denotes the speed of the Heart Chakra and affects the Thyroid gland because of the
slantingly angular flow of wind. It's position is at a distance of 1 to 3 feet In women, it can expand
without limit. It covers love, Htred and fears. It affects the heart, lungs and the liver in case of it's
shrinkage. Side by side, it is hot because of the flow of blood. It is like sand. In one second it is cold
and in another second it is hot. It shrinks to 1 inch during fear and one dies if is shrinks beyond 1
inch (Because it is connected to the heart). It expands form 3 to 4 feet in the case of hatred.
7th Layer- This denotes the Crown Chakra and has the capacity of connection to the universe. This
is the entrance of Life Force Energy. This is the door of freedom of rebirth, immortality a id
progression in spirituality.
Layers and Kundalini way - Roots of Power
In 620 B.C., the traditional operation of “Aura level” was divided into 2 parts.
1st Is necessary to know the effects the negativity has on the Aura - First of all, ask the receivers
name and the type of ailment that he/she is suffering from .
Routine Cleaning
This is done repeatedly from top to bottom. Start from the head and finish it at the feet.
General Method
Arrange your hands in the shape of a cup and keep it 6 inches above the head of the receiver. Do
not touch the receiver.
Take your cup shaped hands from the head to the feet. After reaching the feet, shake your hands
vigorously with the diseased object, keeping them upwards.
Repeat the above process with your open fingers. This process known as “Combing” .
2)Think of a violet fire and throw it there, & when finished, think that the fire is put off.
Before you start healings and after Aura cleaning, wash you hands up to your elbow with salt
water so that whatever little negativity has remained in your hands gets wasted off. Similarly wash
your hands with antibiotic soap when treating a receiver who has an ailment of contactable
nature.
* It is important to know from the receiver, before healing, whether any other
operation has been performed…
* A minimum of 15 minutes healing is required and thereafter 5 minutes healing on the
ailing spot.
* Healings must be given to a receiver who is ready to have it for a minimum 5 times;
* The Receiver should not be heavily dressed. Ask to remove metal or leather articles;
* There should be no outside noise while healing; The receiver may be asked to repeat
the above Mantra while healing is given.
HEALING PROCESS
1. Put on a Maroon - robe and a Sketchu mala. Keep the burning stick on your third eye
Chakra while holding from the center and start chanting 3 times - “Buddam Shamam
Gashami, Sangham Sharnam, Gashami, Dhamum Shamam Gashami”…
2. Pray in your mind - "O Lord Buddha, please be present in my heart and be present in
my healing process and help me to cure this receiver (Here take the name of the
receiver), I am just a medium. You are the Healer and it is because of you that the
receiver is being cured".
3. Take water in metal container, sprinkle it in 5 corners of the room & at the healing
place while chanting "OM BHUMI PAVITRAYE NAMAJF “.
4. Draw "ALLUMA" in 4 corners of the room & at the healing place with Burning stick..
5. The receiver be asked to lie down at the healing place with his/her back down.Keep two
earth sticks below the shoulders & the other 2 below the knees.
6. Stand near the receivers head with sketchu mala in your hand and take two & a half
rounds ( FERA ) around the body of the receiver, at 2 inches distance. This is termed as
cutting off the negative aura of the receiver. At the same time, keep chanting, tBuddam
Sharnam Gashami, Sangham Shamam Gashami. Dhamum Sharnam Gashami".
7. The two a half round will finish at the feet of the receiver. Now either put on the mala
yourself or keep it on the heart of the receiver.
8. With both hands folded, standing at the feet of the receiver, eye closed; imagine that
Lord Buddha himself has settled in the heart of the receiver.
9. Now with burning stick, Draw "Alluma" on the receiver's Third Eye Chatra and Heart
Chakra.
10. Draw "AMEEN" on Receiver's Third Eye Chakra, Heart Chakra, both knees & Foot
soles.
11. Now draw "VAKRATUND” on the Throat Chakra & the Root Chakra of the receiver.
12. . Draw "TRIYAMBHAC" on receiver's third eye chakra and send a mental message to
receiver that I am drawing out negative energy from your body and you will be alright
after some time and you must feel the process of elimination of the negative energy.
13. . Now with Burning stick, draw “NYAS" at the affected part of the receiver's body
dispel to the entire negative energy in the universe. Repeat this for about 5 minutes.
Now repeat the same process at the navel for about 3 minutes. Now open “Vakratund”
to”BANDH" while keeping right big toe of your feet at receiver's Crown chakra & in
between the soles of both feet for about 30 seconds each time..
14. .Draw “AYUSHI” on receiver's Heart Chakra while standing at the feet of the receiver
and pray to Buddha that he/she gets cured.
15. . Thank Lord Buddha for helping you & the receiver.
Note: If receiver is lying on the bed, one should use right hand thumb instead of your right
feet big toe.
The Healing must either be given an a wooden bench or on a floor covered with a sheet;
The Healer must put on a maroon Robe & Sketchu Mala. Additionally, a Crystal mala will
be more effective;
*** Do not try to tell the receiver what ailment he or she is suffering from.
