The study hub is a direct to consumer business where we sell our products directly to the customers.
Since it is a store and a place to study the services is the main product in this business that we can offer
to the customers

2.1.2.2

The study hub will be open around U-belt where all students are near and they can come to the store as
soon as possible.

2.3.1

The direct competitors in this business are those who will attempt to copy the products and the services
of the same potential market. Those companies who will do the same marker will be direct competitors
in the business. While indirect competitors are those cafes which do not compete on the same basis of
the same product and services but their strategies can affect the potential buyer to buy their products.

2.3.2

With its similarities in terms of services offered, and the increasing need of consumers, the direct
competitors of the study hub Starbucks, The Coffee Bean, and related cafés have their own strategy in
attracting customers.

Starbucks, the World’s Leading Coffeehouse Chain is known for the brand itself and becoming a
place where people could not only order coffee but also relax, study, and interact with other people.
Their appeal to their target audience, which is men and women aged 24-40, is through consistent,
contemporary design and great customer service. Their mission is “to inspire and nurture the human
spirit – one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time.” Their strengths include strong brand
reputation, and wide-ranging global supply chain while its weaknesses are the high price range for its
products, and standardized quality of most of these products. Second competitor is The Coffee Bean and
Tea Leaf, which is known for its adaptability to its market’s acquired taste and its variety of products.
Their appeal to their target audience, which are men and women aged 18-40, is by developing high
quality products, and innovating new trends for coffee and tea drinks. Their mission is “to create a spirit
within our Company that inspires our Team Members to provide our customers with a Total Quality
Experience: Quality of Product, Service and Environment.” Their strengths include the company’s
effective marketing strategy and its franchise practice while its weakness is the franchise’s policy on not
allowing the head franchise to sub-franchise their outlets.

2.3.3

MINDSET - If you don’t put confidence in your plan and always think negatively and afraid to lose your
business this will be a hindrance to the growth of your business because your mind can affects your
action that leads into a consequence. The key to success is to think positive as a barrier to enable growth
to your business.
LACK OF STRATEGIC PLANNING AND VISION - If you wish to prolong your business the strategies must be
envision clearly and always look for the best plan. This is what some of the business are lacking because
they kept on doing the same strategies even though it doesn't work anymore until their business loses.

desire ambiance and surroundings. This place is made for those students who wish to study without any
distraction because as we all know we can study in a peaceful place that can make peaceful mind.

When it comes to experience we can offer a lot of new things that the customer can meet their
expectations in our business.

One of them is the customer service that the business can offer in their customers. Through this the
customer can feel that they are welcome and they can do their things without anything to be concerned
about. Your customers don’t always need large gestures, but just want to know that they’re
appreciated. So we assure that the customers can experience this so that they will keep on coming and
always choose your business.

In tangible things the good quality of facilities can make the customers satisfied and can make a good
experience. Each rooms on how it was designed based on how the customers need. The good quality of
the tables that the customers need so that they can study or do things. Keeping the spaces, structures
and infrastructure in proper operating condition.

2.1.6. Processes

The study hub’s current delivery of services is direct to consumer. This means that the
consumer/customers are expected to come to the study hub’s outlet because a huge part of the service
is being offered on the place itself. They can avail the service in person by coming to the outlet by
themselves. An innovative way to offer the study hub’s services is by setting up a website or a social
media presence where potential customers could ‘rent’ or avail the services provided by just equipping
online through the use of online market.
