I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Without a great plan, there will only be a slight chance for the website to be a success.

But a website plan is like a coin with two sides, as much as it is the stepping stone for a

website for it to be a huge success, a small error can make it a pitfall. A website plan is a

critical aspect that will make the website be known better to more people that not only can

bring more customers in but also might get the attention of possible investors in investing in

the business.

Website planning is the process of laying out set of strategies for the creation of a website

that will bring out the most in every business to showcase their best side. A plan must be

precise, true, and ensures that the website abides the law containing nothing that might

sabotage the website creation.

This website plan contains the detailed contents of the website. It contains the website’s

description that states the purpose of which why the website was created, its objective,

policy, defining the intended audience for the business, and maintain domain information as

the stronghold of the website to be created. It also contains the website’s design that is

crucial for the output or the website.

Edgen Elito Photography is a photography business created by Edgen Elito, a student

with an exceptional talent and unparalleled passion for photography. This website plan was

created and refined by the developers for a website to open countless opportunities for the

business bringing the bringing the business to larger audiences and customers closer to

astonishing greatness.
II. WEBSITE DESCRIPTION

A website is a page or set of pages that contain unique information that is provided by an

individual or entity and is traced back to a common Uniform Resource Locator or URL. It

contains all the information that a Website genius wants their viewers to see. A website's content

includes texts, videos, audios, and other interactive media for its viewers. This is an important

platform that a business owner can use in order to promote or boost their business online since

mostly every person is accustomed to using social media. Ideally, a website should have an easy

but unique name in order for its visitors to remember it by.

Nowadays, it is fairly common for netizens to surf the internet to find products or

services that they want to avail. Thus, the Edgen Elito Photography website was created in order

to showcase their photography portfolio for clients to see. The home page of the website

showcases the business' logo, its tagline, the menu bars to navigate the system, and a preview of

portrait photos. The website's overall design made use of a minimalistic and modern look so that

clients can easily navigate through the web page to look at the portfolios.

For the second page, the “Portfolio” can be seen in the menu bar where previous works or

shoots can be seen. Under that, there are 3 subpages that are displayed which are the portrait

subpage where the viewer can see albums of portrait photos; the next subpage is the commercial

shoots which includes professionally taken shots of a barbershop business; and lastly, the third

subpage includes the events portion of the photography business where the album contains shots

from several events. All of the pictures were taken by Edgen Elito, the owner of Edgen Elito

Photography.
The website genius also added a "Book Online" in the menu bar where viewers can easily

see the services that Edgen Elito Photography has to offer. With that, there are 3 packages which

are available to choose from: The Portrait, Industrial, and Event photography shoots. At the end

of the menu bar is the 'About' button where the information regarding the photographer and the

owner of Edgen Elito Photography can be seen. The “About us” page also includes a subpage

that says 'Contact' where details of how to contact Edgen Elito are displayed.
